Totally agree and he has Antony to learn from.Special talent, but this graph shows the reason he won't be starting on Sunday. He needs to become a lot better at reading the game and protecting his full back, instead of switching off until we get the ball and go on the attack. There's no way in my book that ETH entrusts him with defending against Trent in the opening stages of the game.
No worries though, it's only early in his career. He will get there if he keeps his head and works hard.
For the sake of the argument, Ten Hag could also throw Garnacho on Trent to pin TAA back, knowing our boy can burst in space. I still think we will see Rashford on the left but it is an option.
