Maybe a more structured way of playing - say 50 years every working way and allowing us some input between turns - such as forging alliances etc.
It ended in a draw. You've got a small ally in Fez, but right before I the game they were being invaded by @AnotherLondonManc, so it's basically you vs him right now.
It's possible, though it would be a lot more work for the person running it.
You are already putting in a lot of effort - what is a little more?
It wouldn't just be a little I reckon, since you'd have to start going into save files and modify things.

You're not dead at all, but you're still in a Personal Union under hobbers so you haven't really got any choice but to do what he does.
