While everyone's talking of Yohan Cabaye this is the transfer that United need to make happen, or at least the calibre that we should be looking at. Throw enough money at it and it could happen, I would even feel it worthy of a deal in January despite him being cup tied in Europe, our main target is getting through Moyes first premier league season in decent shape. Would also be looking again at Herrera, he's an incredibly mobile and fit athlete, exactly what we lack towards the end of matches, obviously the fee is always going to be an issue with basque players but we are looking rather desperate.
If Herrera played for Sociadad, I'd imagine the fee would not be much of a problem.
I haven't seen him play so I wouldn't know if he is good or not.The same Sociedad that sold Illarramendi for 26m odd in the summer?
But knowing Real I'm not surprised they paid it.
Rakatic though
September last year?
You could argue that we didn't at the time either. Can't be current, we've not got a number 7.

A year old +, he was watching and supporting his friend Kagawa.Isn't he Turkish? Was probably watching Gala then.

I see them losing Reus. His buy out clause is pretty much affordable for all the big boys and the moneyed ones. Can't see him leaving, particularly as they're already losing Lewandowski.
Who are the likely midfield targets for Jan then or do people think we'll wait until Jan?

Osman & Pienaar
Does he play for Turkey or Germany internationally?
He'd own either wing at United tbhWe really should go for him. He'd own the left side.
True but he'd be perfect on the left cutting in and shooting/creating with a fullback pushing past on the outside. And Januzaj on the other side. :drools:He'd own either wing at United tbh
