He wasn't asked about Rashford or Cavani and you're right in that it was mentioned prior to the Milan game that Rashford likely will be available for the West Ham game.

Yeah he says they ( Martial and Rashford) are a DOUBT, doesn't automatically mean they are ruled out. McTominay was also a major doubt for the Chelsea game yet ended up playing. Martial and Shaw were major doubts even an hour before kickoff against City, they played as well. If its a Grade 2 strain it's up to 2 months recovering time so looking at Brighton or Spurs in early April before he returns.
