I thought we looked good and created some descent chances but 1 brainfart from our defense and lack of composure in front of goal has cost us. Rooney, Valencia and Memphis needs to improve in the second half.

Entertaining match, think both teams have been good. Will be annoyed if it ends in a draw, but taking one into the second half will probably gaurantee it's going to be entertaining at least.

Yeah, Wolfsburg are as bad defensively as any team that has been to OT this season. They have a few handy players going forward though. 60% possession, 11-2 in shots, two of which were clear cut chances, we have to take three points from this.

Ehmm then you haven't seen him playing in the season 12/13 for Bayern. He was an absolut beast during the whole season with Boateng. The 2 seasons before he constantly played very well for Gladbach as well..
Declined after the treble year though.
He is playing very solid today indeed, but its so wrong to claim he is a one-hit-wonder ...

The halftime has come at a decent time for us. We'd lost momentum and now we can come back with a gameplan and 45 mins to execute it in against an average Wolfsburg defence. I'd like to see Young on if we've not gone ahead by 65mins.

We need Young on the left. Other than that the equalizer before HT was really important. If we can be a bit more sharper in front of goal, we should win this. Wolfsburg have some fast, dangerous players, though. Caligiuri their best player so far.

That's unfair. Depay has been doing well, his finishing has been quite poor - but he is creating the opportunities, making the runs. That's what you want from a player out of form.

No Fellaini is not good enough. Would be best to push Rooney further down and give Peireira and Young a chance to perform instead of Depay and Rooney, if we want to take Schneiderlin out.

We were caught by a sucker-punch and saw that Valencia is not a 'real' full back.

We are better than them and could have scored a couple of sitters too.

If we accelerate our play in the final third we can easily score and I think we can win this game.
