We look shaky at he back though.Great performace and should have been leading. Some thoughts:
- Mata is by far our best player (not including De Gea)
- Depay should be dropped for a few matches. It has been clear from the very beginning, and Smashley would do better.
- Rooney and Valencia should be sent on loan in League Two. Both are below average players. A hindrance to the team in every possible aspect.
- Schweinsteiger should calm down. After the yellow card he lost it.
- Dante has been a moster in their defense.

The officials have been appalling.good attacking performance again in the CL but we have to put the chance to bed. (especially rooney with that horrible miss)
have to watch out for them at the break though, especially the wingers (draxler looks threatening and caliguri has already scored). this is not over.
It wasn't a dig at Memphis more a praise for Martial. I'm a big Memphis fan I think he will be a star at UTD once he gets used to it...It's like the PSV game again, they scored from their only chance, we keep missing everything. When Martial made that chance for Rooney and he skied it... something died inside me.
Too bad Herrera was hurt ..... because Rooney really is the weak link in the chain of late.Mata, BFS and Martial the pick of the half.
I'm still trying to work out what Morgan does. I've not seen him play particularly bad nor particularly well. It's more than making up the numbers, but I'm not sure what.

If the pass to Memphis for that one chance where he turned and shot it with his left foot would've been more precise, it would've been a goal.Going forward we have been good, defensively we have been very shaky. Valencia's touch and positioning have been awful. I'd rather have Jones out there than Valencia. He's a liability. Rooney continues to do nothing to justify his captain's privileges. A passenger.
Very impressive from Schweinsteiger again. General. Mata looks like making something happen every time he gets the ball. Also, you get the feeling Martial just needs one clear cut chance to win this for us.
Has to carry fecking Memphis who won't track back on his back.Also comical defending by Wolfsburg, though Martial is really a special player.- Status
