Two way street. He played injured an entire season for a champions league title and as it turned out did irreparable damage to his knees in the process.

Are there any posters on this site that will be grateful for that? Not many. I think Hargreaves' anger is completely understandable. It was his career. Eventually he will come to terms with what happened but right now he's still angry and bitter about how abruptly his career ended. Fans on the other hand, it's not our career. We have enough distance from what happened to see things clearly. Although expecting randoms to think rationally and logically, understand human nature and all that.
