Wish we could play them once Ugarte could start, and most new signings were properly integrated. Having fecking Luke shaw available and Erik having figured out how to play his new squad would also be helpful.

Would be our luck, that on the huge game when we're already down to thin numbers in CM with no Ugarte, Mount or the sold McTominay, that we get a late injury to Casemiro and leave us even shorter there - even for starters!
Hopefully he'll be available and that short numbers at least only a factor off the bench.
You could be right my friend. I would really love to see him succeed because I am fed up with the rotating managers door. And this year, he has the benefit of a professional structure supporting him. So it is up to him now. No more excuses.

We might lack midfield depth off the bench vs Liverpool but it's matchday today so I refuse to be negative for the next 4 hours
Well two of our three first choice midfield are available so that's good. If Casemiro turns up (there's a rumour he's injured) then we might make a game of it until the 70th minute. But realistically I'm not sure I buy into his new slimfast pre-season rebirth as a snappy terrier. The old red card Casemiro will be back sooner rather than later. And once Mainoo gets gassed they'll do a Madrid and run riot in the last twenty minutes.

Definitely has the potential to be a bit of a PR disaster for Ten Hag and could play into the media narrative against him.Unless we're scoring from the wings, I can't see us scoring at all. We need one or two of Amad and Garnacho to be on their game.30 mins to team, surely just Zirkzee for Mount and maybe De Ligt for Maguire?

Unless Maguire's injured, I see no reason why ten Hag would change the back four that, on the whole, has looked relatively solid.
Zirkzee for Mount is the obvious change, although ten Hag could go with Rashford up top (hope he doesn't) with Amad and Garnacho on the wings.

Ugarte should have been wrapped up ages ago. It's so frustrating and piss poor planning once again from the club.Collyer to the rescue?left ourselves a little light this week with mctominay leaving, the timing is bad with mount out and ugarte not available. Can only hope the defence is a bit more solid with new signings and martinez.
Id play garnacho, zirkzee and rashford as the forwards (personally wouldnt play rashford but has a fair record v liverpool and ten hag will start him) There's no point doing this false 9 thing if the midfield option is collyer or eriksen

Will have to be, as he's the only option that will match the energy and grit of Casemiro. Alternatively, ten Hag could go with Eriksen, with Mainoo as the more reserved midfielder, but I think Eriksen would struggle physically.
It was confirmed by various journos before we signed him that we hadn’t registered him on time to play today. He had to be registered before noon on Friday. Here’s a report from this morning further confirming it:

I posted when The MEN listed who'd arrived that it was worrying Casemiro wasn't there yet - as we can't afford any more CM absences for this game.
I'm not on Twitter, but worrying to read on here that there's now suggestions on there that he will be missing.
