Did we what?Did you?

Set out to play poorly or are you putting everything on Bayerns shoulders?Did we what?
We were wasteful in the final third. Not clinical enough to score a goal and I don't think Bayern even came close to a goal, hence a 0-0 is the logical outcome.Set out to play poorly or are you putting everything on Bayerns shoulders?
What chances did you create that you weren't clinical with? A couple of square balls played across the box that brought out some ohs and ahs?We were wasteful in the final third. Bayern was perfectly happy to come for a draw but that doesn't do with the Liverpool is brilliant unfortunately. What chances did you create that you weren't clinical with? A couple of square balls played across the box that brought out some ohs and ahs?
You were the home team and the onus was on you to attack. If you told me that was a final played on neutral ground I'd believe it.
Preventing an away goal is equally as important imo, and we did that without any troubles. And yes, the Matip square ball, Mane's shot from close range, several second balls on the edge of the area which were wasted, ... come to mind. Feck you. I've been waiting for this since I was 9. Have a little sympathy! Please please please beat these fckers. We gotta do everything we can to try and derail their title challenge.
I don't even remember the last time Liverpool won the league.Feck you. I've been waiting for this since I was 9. Have a little sympathy!
At least tell us how old you are now for the context!Feck you. I've been waiting for this since I was 9. Have a little sympathy!
I'm concerned that it will suit Liverpool to be chasing City instead of leading the pack. I'm hoping for an implosion more than anything though, can't handle this going down to the final game of the season.I don't even remember the last time Liverpool won the league.
I don't think a defeat derails us. We'll be back to relying on City to drop points though, whilst also hoping we maintain perfect form between now an May.
Actually even a win doesn't really do much because we'll still need to be pretty much perfect for the rest of the season.
I dunno. These games have repercussions. I can still see Solskjaer getting a late winner in the cup against us.......I don't even remember the last time Liverpool won the league.

Horrible that game. United were missing sitters all afternoon and it felt like it was our day.I dunno. These games have repercussions. I can still see Solskjaer getting a late winner in the cup against us.......

Backstard! and to think I didnt really begrudge united that first title under fergie. If only I had a delorean and a flux capacitor! You can wait until you’re 99 as far as I’m concerned old chum
Don't get giddy.I hope every players and the fans will be really up for this. Perfect timing to ruin their season, RAWK will be so juicy if We win this.
There was talk from OGS that they might be out but a few days later, reports started emerging that they would be fit. I think they'll playAre these guys mean to be back this weekend?
Very unlikely for both of them to play full games. Even if they are getting better, it might be too early to rush them and risk a longer injury layoff. There was talk from OGS that they might be out but a few days later, reports started emerging that they would be fit. I think they'll play
I thought Young was available due to the suspensions being competition specific rather than just domestic or European? I might be wrong though. No Young can be worse than it sounds. He usually excels in those games and has one or two dirty ticks up his sleeve. I'd also rather him vs Mane/Salah than Dalot, however talented he is.

I hope so, just going by what some people said on here. Doesn't really make any sense to ban a player for a PL game after the offence in FA Cup but hey.I thought Young was available due to the suspensions being competition specific rather than just domestic or European? I might be wrong though.
Cheers, nevermind then.Young is available
That's been the way for years but changed this season. You're right though, I never understood why it could transfer from one competition to anotherI hope so, just going by what some people said on here. Their current form isn’t better than ours. There is no way they can be called favourites. Liverpool are almost never favourites at Old Trafford: they won three league games at our place in the last 15 years. Their form isn't better than ours either.
Of course they can win the game. I'm terrified they will. But they are not favourites, even with Martial and Lingard out.
(I think the most likely result is a draw).
Not worried about him at all.Michael Oliver
They are bookies favourites by a fair margin tbf mate. Not saying I necessarily agree. There is no way they can be called favourites. Liverpool are almost never favourites at Old Trafford: they won three league games at our place in the last 15 years. Their form isn't better than ours either.

He’ll make a decision if he thinks he’s right and won’t be swayed by the occasion.
We will scrap for everything and there’ll be tackles flying about. Oliver will be fine with it.
Hmmm, you're right. Surprising. They looked blunt recently, their away record is not great and their record at Old Trafford is terrible. They are bookies favourites by a fair margin tbf mate. Not saying I necessarily agree.
Yeah the odds to seem strange. It’s a fifty fifty for me so thought the odds would be closerHmmm, you're right. Surprising. They looked blunt recently, their away record is not great and their record at Old Trafford is terrible.
And just to clarify again: I'm not saying they can't or won't win, just that they shouldn't be considered favourites.

Anyway, let's focus on the Utd-Liverpool game in this thread.
We beat them and Spurs win their game in hand and the table will look like this:
1. City - 65
2. Liverpool - 65
3. Spurs - 63
Closest title race in years!
