It was a hamstring injury, wasn't it? We seem much more cautious about rushing players back at them moment and giving them as much recovery time as possible. Might be part of the new medical team's ethos.

Agreed, we need to see some youth that are almost breaking in. Amass and Collyer should start. Also I would like to see Antony and Garnacho start on the wings, maybe Bruno as well because he has been very poor this season and perhaps play him into form?

I can see why you would want Bruno rested but he has been bad this season, I thought maybe a goal or so would get him some rhythm. Starting Ugarte Casemiro and Collyer would leave us short in attack don't you think? I suspect he will rotate between Ugarte and Casemiro.

Has starting bad become a bit theme for him? He started pretty terribly last season also. Can't remember the season before.

It is interesting he is used in a role higher up the pitch when his best attribute is creating chances, where in our team, we struggle to get the ball forward meaning he is having little to no impact.
True. With the introduction of somebody with the profile of Zirkzee, who likes to "link up play" Bruno's output becomes even more restrained also.
