Don't really have many options other than to repeat the same XI. Just would change away from the diamond and revert to 433, have McTominay burst forward through the middle and provide energy, have Bruno wide, Eriksen stay deeper next to Case. Though just need Eriksen on the right side and not the left. Reguillon, Eriksen, Rashford as a left sided trio is horrendous defensively.

Probable loss. Hope for a decent performance. Start fresh from the weekend with mount, Varane, amrabat back?

Yikes, what a thin squad.

Even if he wanted to change the starting eleven, what can he really do? Maybe drop a midfielder for Garnacho/Pellistri? Probably not something you want to do against Bayern anyway.

Think we just need to get through this whatever the result and hope the likes of Varane, Amrabat, Mount and Mainoo are fit shortly to bolster the ranks. I think I'm right in saying all four are back in some sort of training already.

Reality at the minute is pray United have 4 defenders fit, then choose between McTom or Pellistri in midfield, Hojlund or Martial up front.

We can't play all 4 midfielders or we have nothing on the bench and playing 4 midfielders at home to Brighton didn't allow us to control the game on Saturday so I don't see the point, we may as well go with a system we are familiar with, I'd go with:

Onana
Dalot Lindelof Martinez Reguilon
Casemiro Eriksen
Pellistri/ Nacho Bruno Rashford
Hojlund

We have to instruct Rashford and Reguilon to track back and ask Casemiro to drop into the defense rather than try and win the midfield duels as he is failing at it so far but if he sits deeper at least we don't have to worry as much about these late runs into the box that keep killing us.

Real shame not to have any of Amrabat, Mount etc back.

I’ve got a weird feeling we could nick a win. Bayern look very normal these days, there’s obviously a great attack there but they are far from the very dominant Bayern we saw years ago. There are goals to be had against them the issue is there are goals to be had against us as well.

With injuries and absentees the team picks itself.
Onana, Dalot, Maguire, Licha, Reguillon, Case, Eriksen, Bruno then I reckon Mount, Hojlund, Rashford front three.

The obvious options are Pellistri instead of Eriksen and play midfield 3 of Casemiro/McT and Bruno. Or Mejbri instead of Eriksen or McT. But away to Bayern hard to expect chances for the youngsters.

man there has to be something planned as backup for CB, especially with martinez and lindelof both having been injured thru the season already. Either a mctominay or case or something backup plan i hope.

Just how can a club be so unlucky with injuries and other shit that keeps players away from the pitch.. This is not the first time we`ve been here either. Just nuts. My confidence going in to this game went from 2 out of 100 to zero. Tuchel should commit harakiri on the pitch if they lose this.
