Where did you read that nonsense?
Here, probably.

Lyon president Jean-Michel Aulas has suggested he would have no problems selling to PSG counterpart Nasser Al-Khelaifi.

“I know Nasser suggested to Noel Le Graet [president of the French Football Federation] that he is not investing that much in French players because he thought other presidents of French clubs looked badly upon it,” Aulas told France Football.

“I want him to know that if he makes an offer for Alexandre at least equal to that of the other clubs bidding for him, then Alex can go to Paris without problem.

“I am a businessman and a modern club president. Transfer money must be reinvested into French football, as I always did when we were at the peak of our powers.

“When transfer money is shared abroad, it strengthens our competitors instead.”

Also Ronaldo and Mourinho do not get along so in the off chance; very slim chance that he actually left, doubt he'd be coming back to United.

How much will Ronaldo cost in this market? It's going to be absolute crazy money. Don't get your hopes up muppets.
He doesn't want to leave Madrid. He either wants the case dropping or Real to pay his tax for him. As long as he doesn't have to pay it he will be happy again and it will be hugs all round.

That's what I suspected, that's not what he said. Nasser was finding an excuse for not signing french player and Aulas told him that he didn't care about selling to PSG as long as they pay what he wants.
Well the quotes say a bit more than your interpretation to be fair, unless the quotes are false.

The context is important, Nasser has spent years blaming French clubs for their prices and Aulas is basically telling him to stop talking shite.

Edit: Also at no points he says that he would sell him to PSG over other clubs, he said that if PSG makes the same offer than other clubs Lacazette can go wherever he wants.

This. But if he genuinely wants out I'd be happy to throw a lot of money at real.

Maybe he's so angry because the tax avoidance thing was on Real and not him, he thought it was being sorted or something.

I assume Mendes has told them of offers and destinations, clubs go to the agent's with bids and they present them to the club.

IF he leaves this summer, and it's a big IF - he'll probably stay, I can only see one destination...right?

Why the hell would Real pay Ronaldo taxes? It is his doing, his fault or greed, he should pay it, not Real. If they pay, than other players might do same thing:" You payed his taxes, pay mine too". And yes, I know, he is Ronaldo, he can do what he wants..blah.
Anyway, don't like it a bit. What if Morata is thinking, "Well, if he is leaving, I might stay, let me wait for a while longer to see what happens"..

I do not know how often it happens in Football but, I know it often happens in European Basketball.

Where did you read that nonsense?
There you go

Lyon president Jean-Michel Aulas says he would prefer to deal with a domestic rival rather than sanction a big-money sale to England.

He told France Football: "I know Nasser suggested to Noel Le Graet [president of the French Football Federation] that he is not investing that much in French players because he thought other presidents of French clubs looked badly upon it.

"I want him to know that if he makes an offer for Alexandre at least equal to that of the other clubs bidding for him, then Alex can go to Paris without problem.

"I am a businessman and a modern club president. Transfer money must be reinvested into French football, as I always did when we were at the peak of our powers.

Where does he say that he would prefer to sell to PSG? His premise is that PSG should at least pay what other offers, that's not a preference and as for the second part which is the interesting one, it's a double message that he already used in the past notably concerning Kanté where he thought that Caen should have sold Kanté to them.

Aulas is an old fox, he wants to have his pick at the best Ligue 1 players and if possible he wants to shaft PSG and Monaco with overpriced players.

Edit: To make it clearer, he said:"Instead of giving 70m to Dortmund, give it to us."

He won't leave but if he really is going, we should be in for him.

PSG or China are other options if it's money he's after.

I don't think City would be in for him as it's Pep (and I don't think he would go, either tbh). Chelsea could afford him maybe, would they?

The Croat has a € 50 million release clause included in his contract with Inter, the nerazzurri are open to sell him for a transfer fee between € 20 and € 25 million.

And then they want us to pay 50 fecking million for Perisic.
