Not necessarily no, it depends on who else we sign and who the manager is next year. If we sign some quality wingers (Right and Left) or for instance Mourinho could get one Januzaj and/or Depay playing well and sign a good RW then Between Martial and Rashford with Rooney backing them up. I think we would be fine.

As i said United might need a striker but we don't need Ibrahimovic. It would be nice to have a player like him especially if he can keep his performance levels up. But United don't need any particular player, there are more quality strikers in the world than Ibrahimovic.

I have my reservations over this transfer due to Rooney still lumbering around in this team, Ibra needs pace and movement around him IMO. However I don't get the need to play Martial as a #9, most top teams have double figures scoring wide forwards, he is ours.

Following a Zlatan free-kick, PSG scores his 3rd goal tonight

Considering we are linked with Ibra and Rodriguez

---------------Ibrahimovic---------------
Martial---------Rodriguez---------new RW

I think this would probably fix our goal scoring and creativity problems for next season. After that hopefully we will be more attractive to the likes of Griezmann and Kane as I can't see why they would be interested this summer.

Looks dreadfully slow.

How could you not want Ibra at United. Let ignore the footballing side for a minute, the guy is brilliant!

Zlatan Ibrahimovic closer to Manchester United than LA Galaxy

According to our colleagues at BeIN Sports (TV Channel owned by Qatar) , PSG striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s next destination is unlikely to be LA Galaxy, contrary to initial reports from Sky Italia earlier this week suggesting that this would be the case.

Instead, the French media outlet is reporting that the Swedish international is, at the time of writing, closer to a move to Manchester United than anywhere else.

More undoubtedly to follow in the coming days.
So, we're competing with LA Galaxy for signings now!?

2 goals tonight

And he broke the most league goals in a single season by a PSG player, record. 38 league goals.
We could do with a few positive records. All the negative records being broken by Moyes/LVG make for depressing reading.

By all accounts, Ibra appears to be at the peak of his powers...despite his age.

He's coming skipping down busby way with mourinho hand in hand. Have faith lads!

Was i tricked into thinking he's an arrogant prick? He seems like a pretty classy and modest guy.
He's definitely very arrogant, but that's not always a bad thing, but could just be argued as extreme confidence. King Eric was the same. As for being a prick, LvG and Pep probably think so, but it seems it's more just not being afraid to speak his mind and have it out with anyone. A case of mess with the bull, get the horns.

He's arrogant but I feel it's always with a wink. Some players can pull it off, read Cantona et al. He'd be a great addition to the team and brilliant to have around OT.

An easy as hell decision to make. The publicity we would attract is a must and the money is peanuts ffs. We would probably even earn more money than the cost of having him over. Just think about the shirts.

He is top 3 in the world brand wise. I don't believe there is any other player with a bigger will to win and prove himself of the top players today - including Ronaldo.

If we want a world star there's no better chance or choice for us now. His age is irrelevant, 2 years is enough.
