That makes no sense. Lot of players get picked up from the championship. Hindsight is 20/20 of course. Villa got in their first with Rogers. Likewise Sporting with Gykores. Other teams weren’t in desperate need of quality like we were. Tottenham have also taken Archie Gray from Leeds who looks a talent. The point is we should be casting our net wide and not ruling out players from the Championship. I have more faith the current leadership will do that.Funny how no other elite clubs plucked them from the championship
