Not sure if hidden but what about Brajan Gruda?
Surprised not to have seen a thread on that young Saints winger who absolutely murdered Dalot in the first half
What could go wrong?I'd love to find a very experienced older centre forward, someone to turn to if the goals aren't flowing, proven goal-scoring class but now towards end of his career who could also help younger forwards (yes, I know we've got RvN on staff but not same thing). A Vardy-type character but not particularly Vardy...
Ok, I have failedYou mean Tyler Dibling?
Cavani doesn’t belong in the conversation as I’d say he was a success for being a freeWhat could go wrong?
Falcao, Cavani, Ronaldo……
Glad this didn’t become a thing this summer.
Free is irrelevant at those sorts of wages. Cavani was very expensive overall. He was decent in the first season and crap in the second. Success would be a stretch.Cavani doesn’t belong in the conversation as I’d say he was a success for being a free
Ronaldo is its own situation
Mate it's the equivalent of paying a 10m transfer fee and a player playing for free without wages. You're severely overblowing it, and for what he brought (basically saved our ass second half of 20/21 along with Pogba and Greenwood) it was worth it.Free is irrelevant at those sorts of wages. Bruno Durdov. Remeber the name.
What on earth is that 96 doing for the other team? Great technique though.
Nice, will watch out for him to see how he progresses.Haha yeah.. this wasn't for seniors though. He scored 2 for the first team on his debut last night at the age of 16
It was purely the Ronaldo introduction. Cavani only stayed on after Ole persuaded him he was a large part of his plans and then out of nowhere the club forced Ronaldo into the squad and Cavani was no more.He seemed to see his arse over Ronaldo. That and his persistent injury issues did for him.
As an aside, he would have been an absolute club legend for us if we’d managed to sign him 5 years earlier. Ah, coulda woulda shoulda.
I assume with Vivel this will be a theme that will come up, maybe one will be successful.Fussball.News linked us with 3 Red Bull Salzburg players. Laola1 made a story out of it.
Baidoo CB - 20y - 8 Mill. € - Austria
Gloukh OM/CM - 20 - 25 Mill. € - Israel
Daghim Striker - 18 - 2 Mill. € - Denmark
Baidoo was linked to City too, young CB with talent, but had an injury last season and struggles this season under a new coach/ system and without a good partner.
Gloukh played a good tournament for Israel this summer, has great potential. He could be a Bruno Fernades replacement. His price tag is already high.
Daghim could be the unknown gem. Just 18, great hight, great speed. He plays at the right wing at the moment, but has everything for a great Nr.9. His body could fit the PL.

Scored another one yesterday. I wonder if that little lift was intentional.Haha yeah.. this wasn't for seniors though. He scored 2 for the first team on his debut last night at the age of 16
I think it was West Ham who tried to sign him in summer but he rejected them. Why do clubs avoid Santiago Fernández of Feyanoord?
Has he got a bad mentality or something?
A lot of clubs seem to want their strikers to be either very strong, very quick, or ideally both. Assuming you mean Gimenez at Feyenoord, he doesn't fit into any of those categories. He's also quite streaky, and currently out with a long term injury. Why do clubs avoid Santiago Fernández of Feyanoord?

I'm pretty sure Forest sent in like three bids for him but had no interest in them, supposedly there was also interest from Milan but don't think they ever made a move.I think it was West Ham who tried to sign him in summer but he rejected them.
I think you're right, I couldn't remember for sure who it was.I'm pretty sure Forest sent in like three bids for him but had no interest in them, supposedly there was also interest from Milan but don't think they ever made a move.
Konstantinos Karetsas looks qualityKonstantinos Karetsas, at Genk.
He's special. At 16, dominating games in Belgium, not unlike De Bruyne.
Luka Vuskovic at Sint-Truiden. 17 year old commanding center back (1m93). Scored 4 goals in 10 games as a CB. Already agreed a move to Tottenham unfortunately.
Ditto Petar Sučić (No. 13) in central midfield, who scored off Baturina's assist and then assisted Baturina's goal. That Baturina kid got a goal and an assist tonight got Croatia.
Pun intended?!Dario Osorio from FC Midtjylland. Like him - needs to work on his temper, but could easily see him explode in the future
Is he David's son? He was at udinese for a large part of his career I think.Pun intended?!
Talking of Chileans, Damian Pizarro(joined Udinese in the summer) is another that could potentially become a top player. Could go the other way as well though, and just turn out average.
Funnily enough, it crossed my mind too when first hearing/reading about Damian. No relationship to David Pizarro though. Is he David's son? He was at udinese for a large part of his career I think.
Ha, that's a funny coincidence. I'll look out for him now anyway!Funnily enough, it crossed my mind too when first hearing/reading about Damian. No relationship to David Pizarro though.
