The "worst" of his 4 goals was great from a technical POV. Imagine being him last night, feeling like a boss.

Ozil creates goals, but Suarez creates and scores goals, He has been directly involved in 17 goals this season, that is incredible when you think about it in just nine matches. I'm not completely sold on Ozil, he has glimpses of pure magic but a lot of the time he is just average, e.g. against Liverpool he was quite poor. That said you can't really compare the two fairly as they offer different things.
Not really, I'm just discussing my opinion and backing up what I believe. How much of Arsenal have you seen to say Ozil is average a lot of the time? I'll admit he has not hit top form yet but to say he has been average most of the time is a bit of a sweeping statement.
I haven't seen his four goals due to that how despondent I felt after the Everton game. Should really get around to that now...
Ridiculous goals. Personally I like the 3rd the best.
Anyway back to Suarez - Liverpool should be asking for Bale-esque money is he keeps this form up, has a good WC and most importantly an incident free season.
A Liverpool fan at work said it was ridiculous - and that's he's the best player in the world...
I'll get round to it, I just know watching his goals after our defeat to Everton wouldn't have been good for my health. I made the right choice.
50-60M. I think he'll go if Liverpool don't get the CL this year, there's only so much time that a club can hold to a player before you just have to let them go.
Luis Suarez is a victim of his own success. He's too good for Liverpool and he wants to leave but can't because he's gotten too expensive.
It didn't stop Bale or Ronaldo moving. He's a victim of his own cuntishness. What club is going to spend £60m+ on a PR disaster? He's a cretin and his image would make it difficult for the big teams to justify big money because compared to the clean cut players, outside of Liverpool you'd struggle to sell his shirts.
How is Bale more marketable?
Wrong. The major consumption markets in Asia and South America couldn't give a rats ass if he was a racist bucktoothed twat.It didn't stop Bale or Ronaldo moving. If I was going to choose between Suarez and Ozil, it'd be the latter for many of the reasons Jazz has said.
I fully imagine Wenger will chase Suarez again next summer though.
The way you said people like Falcao and Cavani, sounded like you were talking down about them. They are all on the same level imo.
He scored the goal of the season, surely. And from what I heard from my LFC fan mate and from watching highlights, it was the best individual performance from a Liverpool player in the last decade or so.
I've gone from thinking him a right cnut - because of his antics in the summer - to one of sympathy. He deserves to be playing in the CL. & if we don't get that 4th spot, I doubt there would be many of us who would begrudge him a transfer next summer.
Of all the Liverpool games I've seen in my life (of which there are many). That has to be the best individual performance I've ever witnessed by a Liverpool player. Robbie Fowler made me laugh when he said that he loves him for what he's doing for the club on the pitch, but he hates him because he's making a lot of the ex-Liverpool legends look average.
Regardless of whether or not we do make the CL next year, I just hope he doesn't feck it up by having one of his mad moments.
The cnut factor is quickly wearing off. Most fans would love to have Suarez in their side.
The stuff he's got up to in his career should never be forgotten. He'll do something soon to remind us all of his sheer cuntery. Leopards and spots and all that.
Greatest performance by any Liverpool player coming against Norwich at home in a match with very little stakes? I don't think so.
Even with his prior faults, it would be lunacy for any club to not want him. He's basically the third best footballer in the world at the moment, or at least no worse than in the top 5.
Forget the last decade, it was one of the greatest, if not the greatest.
It's not just significance, you've got to weigh in the lack of quality of the opposition. Which surely sets it below some of Gerrard's roy-of-the-rovers moments, never mind what Dalglish and Souness regularly delivered at the cutting edge in Europe.Maybe not most significant, but certainly it is up there with the greatest individual performances at Anfield. Tottenham in 78 was only a league game, but again, that is hands down, the greatest team performance I have ever seen at anfield.
