What does that mean?
Ian Mcarry on five live says there will be a board meeting tomorrow where they will agree to sell Sneijder for 35 mil euros
That's just what the papers and Twitter has been saying since yesterday.
How can he know what they'll agree to in a board meeting that hasn't happened? He can know what they will discuss, but if everyone already knows what they'll agree to then what's the point of having the meeting in the first place.
I need to lie down for a while.

Inter have a habit of selling big-name players to fund other transfers. Wes saying that it's up to the club whether he stays or goes is, perhaps, a sop for the Inter fans. We'll soon see anyway...
Perhaps this is clutching at straws, but those quotes aren't that bad. If Inter were determined to keep him, and Sneijder was determined to stay they would have said something else
The Inter quotes specially seem to be motivated by getting as high a price as possible for him. And if a bid is accepted, it is pretty clear that Sneijder would go.
I say he's ours if we want him and can afford him
I'm not privy to the Inter board's make up or processes, but it's conceivable that it would come down to a formal vote...?
Probably. But even still, there is no way to foretell what they will agree to. Especially if you're just a journalist who is in no way connected to the voting procedure.
To officially agree and confirm etc?How can he know what they'll agree to in a board meeting that hasn't happened? He can know what they will discuss, but if everyone already knows what they'll agree to then what's the point of having the meeting in the first place.

Neville's comments are strange, especially after he gave the interview about not buying world class players because United like to buy players who still have a bit to go to reach the top level. Perhaps he's been told by Fergie to talk up Sneijder as a diversion.
SAF was apparently asked about Sneijder, according to SSN he was less obliging about that response (compared to the Nasri answer) and I think he said 'look, we have to see what things are happening on that'.
Stewart Gardner says there was no mention of Sneijder.
From today's press conference thread:
Feck.
Now I'm confused. Which thread should I go? Which one should be a shtick and which one should be the next God?
