What is this obsession about Nani leaving?

Even Gaz pointed out in an interview the other day that we really struggled in wide areas at times last season, hence Young's purchase.

So we undo that by selling a wide player?

Switch Nani with Valencia and put him on the bench along with Berba for Welbeck and Owen and I would :drool:

Not necessarily...we dont every game the same way. But i would expect sneijder to be given giggs role in central midfield in certain games

I don't know I'm not as excited about this signing as the others are. For me Modric really was the man. I think we are over paying for a player who has had one season as a world class player.

We aren't going to play a weak midfield of Carrick holding and Anderson running around like a headless chicken.

4-2-3-1 will be the way forward.

not an obsession, just an opinion. If sneijder plays in cm, i see the team more balanced with two wingers like valencia and park. I m not saying that he ll necessarily leave, just that i wont be surprised if he do so
 
Whats happening to me? The muppet inside seems to be overpowering my sense. I honestly dont think he's the most suitable player for us, yet I keep coming back here hoping to see that we've signed him so I can wank myself to sleep. I'm genuinely worried.

No width whatsoever there - we'll get murdered on the flanks and its too much to ask the twins to attack and defend those flanks with equal measure.

Carrick/Fletcher will play the holding role, with any two of Nani/Valencia/Young playing the flanks. Rooney and Sneidjer would be constantly interchanging positions playing behind Hernandez.

How do you decide which players names begin with a capital letter and which don't? Also, what do you have to do to get listed by surname compared to a shortened first name. How do you rank them? Fascinating system.

And no Nani, Valencia and Young is a bit strange.
 
There are a lot of options if we sign Sneijder, could play him in a midfield 3 with Carrick and Anderson or Fletcher, or simply play him in a midfield 2 with Carrick in the same way we did with Giggs last season.
