Why isn't it red card?
What are we doing to the "beautiful game?"I don't think this one should be a pen either.
One back. 782 more VAR calls in our favour and we might almost be evenI don't think this one should be a pen either.
Handballs in european football is absolutely mental. No idea whatsoever how they’ve ended up interpreting it as badly as this
He watched it about 10 times trying to find a reason not to give it.Ref had no choice but to give that after Maguire’s. Literally no chance that wasn’t going to be a pen. Neither should have been.
Definite yellow for the elbow before that too.
That's the worst penalty decision of the season so far, absolute joke. Is it still corruption?
Why do the Premier League use the proximity cop out if IFAB don’t?The IFAB rules have absolutely no mention of proximity, just a vague "making the body bigger" bit, so I suppose by the letter of the law, they're handball.
Exactly. I'm not giving him any credit at all. We know that he was doing his best to find something so he could rule that out.He watched it about 10 times trying to find a reason not to give it.

But defenders shield the ball out of play like that 10 times a game. Does Rashford get a red purely because the other player has planted his foot first? Because Rashford had no idea the players foot would be there when he was in the air.
