Santos is such a thundercnut. I think the DOJ should outright send men to remove his indicted ass out of the Capitol building, and I say the same for Bob Menendez while we are at it.

I'm more interested in how he has not been put on house arrest as soon as the indictment became public. Him and Bob Menendez should not be allowed back on Capitol Hill.
He would either have to quit or be expelled, and the Republicans aren't going to expel him because it would reduce their majority by a seat, at least temporarily. Given it's a D+2 district and the Republicans are a joke, they'd probably lose that seat for the rest of Congress.

It doesn't matter if these people say "January 6th was wrong", "trying to steal election was wrong", they will still support him when he wins the nomination, and they admit it.
Pence, Barr, Kemp etc, all people Trump has harassed to one degree or another, but they have no problem voting for him over democrats at the end of the day.
The real never-Trump movement is a small percentage of the base, most of them will rally around anything with an "R" next to its name, cause they dislike dems that much.
