Did any of you see the Kevin Palmer tweet about Gundogan? I hope that isn't true because it would be such a shame for such a talented player to even consider calling it a day at this stage in his career.

I think that piece of news looks made up. It sounds like something made for manchester united transfer news than a player update. Even if it is true, he has time on his side. He will be back.

Lindegaard is the perfect understudy, reasonably reliable, doesn't moan and is a big big United fan.

I like Lindegaard too, i meant if we are looking for another keeper then i hope its because Anders is moving on for a new challenge as opposed to De Gea wanting to leave.

As i say i like Lindegaard but if i had to choose De Gea every time for me.

Think it's most likely his agent trying to get him a better deal and a starting spot at Inter. He's got too much potential to be a reserve at City with Joe Hart or at Manchester United with De Gea.

Could well be never seen the guy play to be honest, would be gutted if we lost De Gea one of the few positives from this season.

According to this Barcelona has a pre agreement with Klopp and he could take Reus with him

Wouldn't be surprising if its true. The obscure Argie bloke who was hired to please Messi wasn't meant to be a permanent solution.

Doubt it. Also reus won't be going to Barca anytime soon because of the transfer ban. Also Barca play the complete opposite way of Klopps ideas, think there would be a heavy clash of styles between them.

What do you mean they have a pre-agreement with Klopp? Why? Shouldn't they do the right thing and get Tata to annoint the manager of fecking Real Zaragoza or something as his successor?
Tata was their Moyes. Barca wouldnt repeat a mistake. For them, a manager who doesnt win the league and CL playing in the Barcelona way is a failure.

Cleverley and Welbeck (not their twitter, but I mean them as people) seem to be getting some criticism for going out into town last night. Example:

They don't have a match for 10 days. Probably got the day off training and went out.
Normal people got out when they have free time.
Idiots on twitter need to feck off

Oh fecking hell what a stupid article. Our next game is in 9 days time and they went out for a few beers to blow off some steam. They had the temerity to "laugh and dance" too.

 I found it all quite petty. Especially the sly digs at the players, like the "Mr Average Welbeck". Oh twitter/media.

What's "average" is people reacting like the worst tabloid hacks.

 If we'd won, it'd be: "Our boys relax after stunning victory'; 'cos we lost, it's "Outrage! Unprofessional flops booze all night in seedy joint!!!"

Or "United players ruin an excellent week for the team by celebrating with booze instead of focusing on the Semi Final!!!"

"Their sordid night out was cut short when Cleverley kept passing their pints to people beside him, and Welbeck continually fell over."

He's not drunk - he just defends as if he is.

Getting our excuses in already, good times. Moyes' job relies on a good summer, no harm if he gets the boot as a result of another disastrous transfer window.

Fair play to Moyes, he's already modernised the club's "no value in the market" yearly statement.

Follows a pattern doesn't it? Ever since Moyes was moaning about our tough start last summer we've been making sure we get our excuses in early. The United press people seem to think they have milked the 'it's all Fergie's fault' line as much as they can.

Fair play to Moyes, he's already modernised the club's "no value in the market" yearly statement.

Admittedly this is one area where he's taken the club on since Fergie left. Nobody can question his ability to dodge blame for failure.

It's a knee-jerk response to that statement, but it's the truth anyway: other clubs seem to make elite signings regularly & easily enough; so why not us, United?
