I was pretty sure before LVG we were front runners for Reus and Shaw. Now it's gone super quiet, seems like LVG has any leaks sewn up.
Coming away from whatever was going on in regards to my previous antics I think it's encouraging that the leaks have stopped and I wouldn't be surprised if it was part of LVG joining that the leaks and breifings had to stop.

It's not like there have been a raft of signings made elsewhere, and unless I'm mistaken none of these players we're "missing out on" have gone anywhere else or signed new deals where they are. There's a ton of time left in the transfer window for us to get the players van Gaal actually wants. Why not just have patience qnd trust that a top notch manager knows what he's doing?
