We need to stop identifying targets that are unattainable then don't we? This window has been abysmal much like last seasons for exactly the same reasons.

Either that or we start acting like Real and Barça.
We should relocate to Spain and play in the CL regardless?

Either that or we start acting like Real and Barça because you can be damned sure if they wanted Hummels, Vidal, Di Maria (well, assuming he was playing somewhere else) then they'd get them.

Ok so who's going to tell van Gaal that, certainly not me! I nominate you to go and tell him, good luck!

It would boggle the mind if we've genuinely been interested all summer but not actually made any sort of bid...

Who is this @Juventus_fan and why do we believe anything he says over actual reporters?

Remember that twitter madness about Irwin saying a big announcement to come from MU regarding transfers, well it's confirmed he never said it:

PS: I know he's banned but this is from an actual interview he conducted on his show. The link to said interview will be up on Friday morning he says on his twitter feed.

He relays what's being said in the Italian media and summarises for us in English. He's helped with quite a few twitter myths/lies and clearing it up.

Woodward clearly just wants to steal the headlines on deadline day.

He's going to Parade Vidal, Cuadrado and Rojo outside SSN headquarters like prized Poodles.

It really is happening again isn't it?
Yup, I think it is. There is no other reason for his agent to be in regular contact with Juventus if the player isn't interested as well. Hang on fellow muppets, this is happening!

Does he though? Apparently according to @tancredipalmeri (Italian media) we have put a bid in, yet according to Juve_fan we haven't.

If we are interested why the feck don't the club just bid and go from there?

Tanc said he learned that from SkyItalia and apparently SkyItalia never said such. It was also not reported elsewhere. You can bet a dollar that Di Marzio, GDS etc would have run a story if Sky Italia actually said that.

Good to clear up the Irwin story but the transfer news of midfielders and defenders is just Irwin's expectation (like we all expect) because he says no one is told anything.

They don't want to sell & we haven't put a bid in, makes things a bit difficult to get any business done, I'd say.
It makes sense for us to lump Chicharito into the deal though. There doesn't seem to be too much other interest in him.

We would probably act more like Chelsea have in this transfer window. Got deals done with top players in their respective positions with little fuss.

We would go for Di Maria or Vidal? They're such different players. Sounds like crap.

The same Chelsea that struggled last summer transfer window and ended up signing Eto'o because they JUST got a new manager then? Oh yeah, let's compare a club that's got a manager who had a year to check for his targets to ours who just finished analysing the players at his disposal. Yep, makes sense.

I really think LvG should have gone ahead with buying Carvalho, along with Shaw and Herrera. Things would have been so much more relaxed right now.

I added the part that di Marzio and co would have reported it to show in this instance the Juve fan guy is probably telling the truth. Tanc probably made that one up like many of his other stories.
Juve fan is probably telling the truth, which is quoting a goal.com writer. If Di Marzio reports the same, I'll start believing it more.
