Most people who have a brain in their head who have paid even a passing interest in the tour could have told you that. The Brit journos are struggling so badly for Utd related info these days. Its hilarious.Ogden is on TalkSport right now. Says that Cleverly is likely to stay. Hernandez, Nani, Kagawa are the ones who are under scrutiny in terms of leaving.
This place would collectively lose its shit if we didn't sign Vidal and then sold Chich to Juve for a knockdown fee.
I imagine it will more like "right we better book those flights and arrange those medicals"can just imagine us, getting home on Wednesday, and Van Gaal and Woodward sitting in a little office saying "right, who shall we try and buy...."
Or...I imagine it will more like "right we better book those flights and arrange those medicals"

Haha... Maybe it's raining in that side of town? Has the weather cooled over there?Load of tosh. I am here and it is sunny as hell.
I only caught the start of it as had to head out but he also said Young has been the major success of the tour playing left wing back and that Herrera and Fletcher have been great in the middle. He pretty much said that in an article he wrote the other day though.Anything else?

That is what I would prefer but who knows.Highly doubt it he's right there. I'd say:
Cleverley likely to leave.
Hernandez and Nani - Mind already made up and they're gone.
Kagawa - Staying, I think he's got plans to use him in midfield.

Cleverley isn't likely to leave at all. He's got minutes on the tour and even captained us, we also have little to no resources in midfield.
I think Van Gaal is a huge fan of Kagawa's, but told him he won't be first choice. I'm sure he'd love to keep him, but Kagawa would probably like to be starter somewhere rather then just back up to Mata here. We'll see, but his situation is different from the others, as I do think Van Gaal would prefer it if he stayed.I think Ogden is right. I believe the Carrick injury saved Cleverley, if we sell him then we need to buy two midfielders, don't us doing that. On Kagawa, didn't LVG say that we have too many no. 10's? Kagawa can't really play as a wing-back and I don't think he's a CM.

There are big black clouds coming from that direction, but as always, probably half hour torrential rain and then sunny and it is all dry except where the drainage is poor.Haha... Maybe it's raining in that side of town? Has the weather cooled over there?
He's been one of the less impressive of the players who have question marks around their future. I think he'll be saved by the lack of options in midfield while although Kagawa has done pretty well it seems all of the English press have been briefed that he could go. It makes more sense to get rid of someone when you have Mata and Januzaj then selling someone, admittedly a much inferior player, when the other options are a new signing getting used to the league, someone resurrecting their career after 3 years of illness, an injured Carrick and fecking Fellaini.Getting minutes on this tour is equal to probation for some.

Totally agree, they should definitely be kept. If we aren't going to replace them with better players then I don't see the pint in getting rid. The only players if like to see leave is Fellaini, Anderson and possibly Cleverley but only if t least one top class CM is brought in. Otherwise Clev will be decent squad player. The way Kagawa has performed - he should stay. In fact - we should keep Chicharito and Kagawa - because both appear to be willing to make an effort.
Nani is another matter. And I can't see Fellaini fitting into LvG's system. And if those 2 leave - and possibly Zaha - that is more than enough.

Too many players being linked with moves away and not enough being linked as replacements
Agree. The lack of numbers in cm mean he's staying, IMO.
no no no feck that! expecting this game as the highlight of my day.
