Plan M ish
Speaking from experience?
Nah. I stick to a staple diet of vegetarian cows..

Was Guardiola available when Fergie retired? I thought he had already decided on BM...
€1.7 million![]()
Aye, that's what I thought! Don't like Pep's style so I am not entirely unhappy that he's not with us!No mate & you're right about the BM job.
Guardiola had already agreed to take over Bayern long before Fergie met him in New York. They went out for a meal (January, 2013 i think) & Guardiola said that he wasnt quite sure if he was being offered the United job, because he couldnt understand Fergie properly, but that he had already give his word on the Bayern job & wouldnt break that anyway..

Yep, my thoughts exactly RHD!I prefer United's traditional direct approach & not over-playing it like Arsenal & Barca do..

That's a fair price.
That's a fair price.

Give me counter-attacking football any day over Pep's football.
You should do up a t-shirt with that on it. You's lot are great at doin that shit!
We better be gettin Vidal, with Evra goin for that fee..
I think what TD is saying is that for that price, there is no real financial gain of selling Evra.
So unless he has forced the exit and really wants to go (which is probably what happened), there is no real reason to sell him.
He's 33, past his prime and with a year on his contract. How much is he supposed to go for?
I don't care if he leaves on a free, he's been nothing but loyal to the club the fans and his commitment has gone above and beyond, he has gave his all and played when he should have been rested, he will go down as a legend in my eyes. As much as he loves the club, he won't want to play second fiddle after being first for so long, especially at his age.€1.7 million![]()
It´s always nice to see that football fans are able to put their rivalry aside for more important things.
No, as much as i love the Da Silva twins Fabio just wasn't as talented as Rafael despite the promising early signs. It was a good decision to let him go IMO.With Evra going does anyone else feel it's a shame we sold Fabio just 6 months.
Disappointing as he would have easily been good enough cover for both fullback positions.
Should probably have posted this in another thread.
Wasn't meant as a dig. I don't know how much you were expecting for a 30 odd year old with one year on his deal.
There should be a fecking book about how we managed to choose Moyes when Guardiola, Mourinho and Ancelotti were available. fecking insane.
Do folk on here, not rate Vlaar higher than this lad?
I thought Vlaar was excellent in most (if not all) of Hollands games at the WC!

It's nothing compared to Moyes' iPads.Crikey. That's what I call stamping your authority on the place!
