Good Craig got his c'nuppins
I'd love him to succeed van Gaal here but it's definitely going to be Giggs.
Barney, did you fear Utd last season? Did anyone? I don't think anyone feared LFC going in to the season and I believe that was a benefit to them; this year people know what LFC has and will be ready for them, and a motivated and hungry Utd will be one more shadow hanging over the dippers every second of the day. If they are up to it, fair play, but look how they dealt with pressure last season. How does this change things? Even if you earned more points than us last year we would have still finished 3rd.
We might not even have a vacancy then. Timing needs to match for this sort of thing.
Klopp be available too possibly if it's a 3 to 4 years period.
Us no longer being linked with these two I can definitely get over quite quickly!Nooooooo![]()
I hope that never happens, I'd hate Pep in charge of us!I'd love him to succeed van Gaal here but it's definitely going to be Giggs.
Klopp remains the guy I hope will be our next long term manager.
Makes sense given how many players they brought in last summer, there should still be plenty to come from Lamela and Eriksen, but he'll need to buy at least one striker as Spurs only have Kane left.
Liverpool, Borini blocks the passage to Sunderland
Same at the moment.
They also have Soldado ? And haven't offloaded Adebayor yet.
Ben Davies is a good pickup for LB.
Has Soldado been sold?Makes sense given how many players they brought in last summer, there should still be plenty to come from Lamela and Eriksen, but he'll need to buy at least one striker as Spurs only have Kane left.
Liverpool, Borini blocks the passage to Sunderland
Are you sure that doesnt mean that Borini is chronically constipated after over-indulging in the local dish in Sunderland - battered horse cock..?
Good, Arsenal were beginning to actually look like a proper side for a while there.
Just to get the actual ''quote'' from Graham Hunter
I'd love him to succeed van Gaal here but it's definitely going to be Giggs.
Van Gaal has been here only for 4 days and they are already discussing who will manage in 2 years.
If that made sense, I still wouldn't be interested.
In a strange kind of way I really hope not. I love Giggsy, he was the player I idolized growing up but when the LVG era ends and Pep is available we simply have to go for him given who successful he has been compared to Ryan who is just starting out.
I'm glad Giggsy is still involved with the club, would be weird after all this years for him not to be but I honestly believe he should have to go and earn his stripes as a manager before being given this job just because of his legendary status.
