Yeah I agree. But it is hard not knowing what's going on, especially when other big clubs are signing or rumoured to be close to signing.

I too echo those in support of Welbeck, and I wasn't always in that camp. I think with everyone fit and with current personnel considered, he is more valuable to the team than Rooney even, on the basis that I would argue we don't currently have a better option on the left, wheras we have better options in Rooney's two roles.

Don't know exactly but I think RM's and Barca's deals run from 1998 til ~2020, with renewals around 2012. These deals seem to increase a lot every time they are made. Plus I believe we sell the most shirts along with RM.
