Anyone else slightly concerned that we're being linked with Vermaelen and Blind, both who can play left back, and think this might mean we're not going to sign Luke Shaw after all?

Obviously there's a good chance a lot of this is bullshit but...
No, because left back is not their natural positions.

What was the point in your shitty sarcastic remark? Especially as you came out with it because you didn't have a proper reply.

I think the Shaw deal is done regardless of who the next manager is btw. Koeman or whoever wont have a say.
IT wasnt a sarcastic remark. I agreed so said sure mate. You need your head checked mate.

I think the fact you're both writing 'mate' at the end of your posts makes this such a pleasant and non-confrontational experience for all, mates.
A caf legend replies to me! My life is a lot closer to being fulfilled:drool:.
I just agreed with him and he picked a fught with me. I dont know what is wrong in his head.

He's just not being very matey. A condition I also suffer from.

If Liverpool sign Sanchez I will personally drive to Old Trafford and wait for Woodward to appear and then pursue to stick a rusty bread knife into the useless cnuts eye.
I actually hate him as much as Moyes. He isn't going to deliver is he

Have a little patience my friend and if come September still none then fair enough. Bug I have a feeling you could me made to look stupid with our activity.

I really hope I am, nothing would make me happier. I get the feeling Woodward had targets with Moyes and LVG has come straight in an cancelled them, leaving us with a lot of work to do.

I find accounts which feel the need to crow about being "right" ahead of other organisations to be intensely irritating. It's hardly surprising if an organisation such as Sky Sports of the BBC actually do some fact-checking and don't just post whatever shit they hear on Twitter.

Obviously that account looks atrocious but on June 14th he called:

Exclusive: Manchester United have made a move for Thomas Vermaelen.

Have not been on here much, was there anything knocking about before this morning? If not would be quite something if he guessed that.

BREAKING: Costel Pantilimon has joined Sunderland following his release from Manchester City.

There is an image going round on twitter that "leaks" our first game of next season being away to Aston Villa.

Other notable fixtures: Chelsea Vs Everton, Liverpool Vs Arsenal, City Vs Southampton.

Might not be true, but there ya go, fixtures due to be announced soon.

You do get some interesting characters on here.

On the transfer thread some kid accused me of "giving it the big un", just cos I'd got into an away game sitting in the home end. As a top-red, obviously he'd rather die than sit in the wrong end, even if it meant missing a big game.

Odd choice, can't see him displacing Fabianki in that team.
Mannone, but I don't know. As well as Mannone did, Costel played a fair few games for City after Hart's howlers/period of bad form, and seemed to do ok. I think we'd see a lot of bloopers from him if he were to be first choice for a team over the course of a season though.

Caulker to Everton according to Di Marzio. Good signing. Never understood why Spurs let him go.

Chelsea are absolutely dominating so far this summer. Fair play to them.

@KM

Does it say what the fee is? That could be a good deal. Caulker/Stones/Duffy going forward would be a nice rotation.
