Just tried out a Gioteck GC-2 at a mates it was alright. Very good considering 15 quid and didnt feel particularly cheap or anything.

Sex toy discussion thread is somewhere else.

What the hell is a GC-2?

Yeah definitely. Wasn't Piers Morgan involved in a phone hacking scandal? I then remember hearing about tabloid journalist masquerading as player's entourage or something to that effect just to get a story. I feel a line has to be drawn between privacy and how much room press has to invade players' lives. Imo, they're just footballers. Not celebrities who should have the media acting like paparazzi where they have to follow them all the time. I could care less if Rooney has a beer in his hand at a concert as long as he's fit and ready to go by game day.

Indeed, but I guess it sells papers. And it's the public who buy them so there is demand for it sadly.

Yes let's buy a guy that can't even get in the Arsenal team. That makes perfect sense.
If the man that brought the two Dutch guys to the World Cup, who you've probably never seen play much at all, picks him would you not say it makes sense? You can't trust his judgement one way and not another. Either he can spot a good player or he can't.

Agreed.

I've seen vermaelan play and he's not the right signing at all IMO. He makes far too many mistakes

So you pick and choose then? On what basis do you think the two Dutch guys would be good signings? How much have you watched of either of them?

I'd wager most people didn't know much of either of them until they were included in van Gaal's Dutch squad.

Not many tweets today it seems, it's all gone a bit quiet. We have to wait until the WC is finished. At least we have something to watch this summer.

Journalists have the England WC game to sell papers at the moment, the guess work will continue in a couple days.

Gazzetta dello Sport are reliable when it comes to Juve, right? We would be mad to not go for him at that price.

Id happily not compete for sanchez if they let us have vidal for 35 million-40 million.
I think juve are open to selling vidal/pogba as they need the money and have enough options in centre mid. We should be all over them. This report coming from gazzate who are pro juve newspaper is quite believable.

If it is true and we can get him for 30million, other clubs will no doubt be in the mix and with the offering of CL I seriously doubt he'll move to us.

Just offer double that, just to be sure. :boring:

Because they run stories like we can get Vidal for 30m
You lot are all going nuts...

What is the point of a Twitter Discussion thread if we aren't allowed to post 90% of what's on Twitter... A bit of common sense from people, taking stuff with a pinch of salt, would go a long way wouldn't it?

These constant calls to ban this and that smacks of infantilism.

:eek: Surely can't be correct. That's Usain Bolt level speed.

I think Juventus will go for Sanchez, and he played his best footie in Italy. They've sold Immobile and their front line needs addressing. They could also really add quality to the last attacking third, an explosive winger or play maker...I could see them sell Vidal if they retain Pogba. They've also got Pirlo under a new contract and the home-club darling Marchisio.

But € 30m is a bit funny

Immobile played for Torino.

Immobile played for Torino.
I think Juve had co-ownership. He was supposed to come back to Jventus next season. But it's not as if they had him to lose him, they were going to add him to the squad. Still a space for Sanchez though.

Unless Sanchez specifically only wants to play for Juve, I think we can easily out muscle them.

EDIT: And I find it hard to believe a player would be so determined to join only one club which has not been a power in Europe for a long time now.

Buy Sanchez for 25mil, offer 35mil + Nani for Vidal.

Arguably bringing in one of the best wingers and the best CM in the world for 60mil.

Never say never!
