Might be a punt that with Carrick, Fletch, Cleverley & Giggs fit, Fellaini to come back and Rooney playing in front of the midfield a lot we'll be alright? Given how many games Anderson has played he might feel its worth the risk?
Anderson doesn't even get on the bench for the league cup games so he doesn't have a spot that needs replacing.
Yeah it's not like he's been involved. I bet he's been allowed to leave regardless of anyone lined up.

EDIT: I'd forgotten that Niguez is on loan at Rayo. There's quite a few clubs monitoring him, namely ourselves, Chelsea and Arsenal.
It's a matter of Moyes not fancying him anyways. Playing Giggs and Jones in CM with Ando fit, but on the bench.....not a good sign. Barely featured for us.

Apparently it was some agreement with the David Villa deal, even then though for it to come in to place Barca would have to 1st, want the player at that time and 2nd, pay the fee, and that's even if Atletico want to sell.

Is it just me who finds a so called first option completely pointless? Regardless of if they have it or not, common sense would imply that he club would have to match the other teams offer and want him in the first place, which leaves it up to the player anyway. So really, a first option clause means nothing at all, other then the club having to ask them if they want to match a bid. Completely pointless.
