Steve Bateman has said that QPR's bid for Park has been accpeted by MUFC-Nik

Fantastic business for both the parties. Let's not forget Park is a good player who'll shine in QPR. Last season he was asked for us to play in the central midfield sometimes which is not his favorite position. Will do well as a winger IMO.

Let's wait and check whether it's true. If so, then it's a very good price for us. Wish him well, although I was never much of a fan of him. Like with Smith, you cannot disregard his passion and commitment, but at the same time he's quite a limited player in terms of technique and ability.

He's not that bad. He was fantastic the season before last, scored plenty of crucial goals in CL and PL, and was consistently reliable AND good.

Someone help.... I don't want to play for QPR

 Parody account, (un)fortunately.

Whilst I appreciate his hard work whilst he was here, I've never rated him. I'm just relieved that Fergie will no longer have Park as an option (if true), I was livid when he was selected for our last game with Barca.
Yeah, big mistake in hindsight starting Park in both clashes with Barcelona. Could be argued he deserved to start in 2009, but in 2011 we clearly had better options. Keeping Nani on the bench was insane (despite him coming back from injury)... well, not much we can do about it now.

Still if he leaves all the best to him. Has been a great servant to the club, not his fault Fergie chose to play him out of position pretty much every time last year and picked him at the worst possible time against City after two months on the bench/in the stands.

We all thought it would happen this summer, so no huge surprise.

He's a good squad player who doesn't moan and scores important goals, but had a terrible last season, however I think he would still do the job if he played only on the wing.

What was this about resale value?

Good luck to him if he goes there, been a top professional for us and I hope he does well wherever he goes. He might want assurances that they'll sell Barton before signing on the dotted line..

BREAKING: Luka Modric agrees terms with Real Madrid (via @itvfootball)

QPR turning into the new Sunderland. Will be a good signing for them and £5 million is more than expected

Spurs haven't agreed to the deal though - the news is that Modric has only agreed personal terms.

Am I the only one who will miss our little 3 lungs? Good luck Ji and thanks for everything.

Are we sure winger is he favourite position? Every time he seems to play there he just drifts into the centre and ends up playing upfront sometimes.

Not really news, this, but United looking to clear out Anderson next after Park to free wages etc for summer activity.

Id be pleased to see them both move on. I know there are arguments that Anderson could come good etc., but it'd say to me that we're not messing about anymore and we want to go into the next season firing on all cylinders. Lets give other people a chance instead because there's only so many players we can carry.

Apparently, Qatar Investment Authority (ruling family worth £40bn) have bought a controlloing state in Spurs!
A controlling state?

Blimey, I knew Spurs were ambitious and that Levy was fairly authoritarian, but this .... I never dreamt .

The source that gave us the early Ji-Sung Park news also says the Baines deal will be done "Sooner rather than later" -Nik
