He rather bizarrely claimed executive privilege, but has apparently told Mueller's team that he will fully cooperate with them.
Yeah NBC News are reporting that this morning.
I have a feeling Mueller will have instructed him to say as little as possible to the house intelligence panel. Right now, the only purpose that investigation is serving is getting Trump and his associates ahead of the news cycle so they can straighten their stories and decide the "talking points" which will drive their narrative.
That never ends well especially when you're dealing with an investigation as large and important as this.

From what I've read, its beneficial for Bannon to have not answered questions yesterday and saved everything exclusively for Mueller.

Mueller will have a bit of a hard time interviewing Bannon since he doesn't have anything (at least I don't think) to hold over his head, other than perhaps perjury.
The only thing I can think of is that Flynn has revealed something about Bannon that Mueller can question him about and if he lies, then he will have him on perjury.
