What's he implying?

that we would've have bought him instead of bayern and maybe now he would have developed into a really good player instead of not waiting for us and signing with bayern and falling out of favor and now having to negotiate with swansea to maybe put his career back on track

That Renato Sanches made a mistake in choosing Bayern over United, he should of been patient and waited for United to sort the manager sutuation.

Come on, lads.

I wish Robbie had Ty there to do the player ratings this week. It would be hilarious to see if he could resist throttling him while Ty handed out 5, 6, 7 and maybe even 8 out of ten rating to the players after that horrific performance.

Didn't he say in his post game interview 'at least it wasn't more than 4' or something like that? Poor lad

This whole prefer to sell to City narrative is really baffling, especially if true. Yes, Wenger has a dispute with Mourinho, but surely he has a lot more respect for Utd as a club than City? If you're a manager of another club surely you want to see a club like City fail. City are one of the reasons Arsenal aren't competitive anymore maybe he should think about that instead of having a little spat with Mourinho.

Brilliant. Liverpool can shop elsewhere.
Doesn't mean much imo. Rodgers "categorically" said Balotelli wouldn't be a Liverpool player as well... From a Monaco POV, it makes sense to deny this now when you look at other players (Keita Baldé links today) instead of conceding you're selling a player for a feckload of money whilst you're still negotiating over replacements.

I don't think we'll sign him, but if the bids really went in, a lot can change until Thursday.

Its not a dispute. They hate each other.. well more like Jose loves winding people up and people hate Jose.
Wenger and Pep have a common enemy in Jose. If it were up to Wenger, I would expect him to sell to City.

My concern is more about the medical, not the fee that they are paying. Unless it's a formal procedure, it's weird that a player is having a medical for arriving a year later.
The physical may also consist of blood work too. Physical injury is real possibility but I'd rather be sure that the player has no underlying conditions that may not have been picked up. It is perfectly normal imo.

He absolutely hates Mourinho. On a personal level.

Definitely. Certainly what I expect to happen.

Absolutely embarrassing. These are grown men in highly paid professional positions. We as fans and the public don't condemn childish antics like that enough in my opinion. Don't like someone in any other profession? Get on with it.

We're a bigger rival, we're seen as closer to Arsenal - mainly due to City's money. Selling to us is a lot more symbolically damaging than selling to an oil financed club. Even though us and City are pretty equal financially, they can still sell the idea that they can't compete financially with City. RvP is a big reason why - they sold us their best player in the past who lead us to a league title. Happening twice with the same club would be beyond ridiculous. Add in Wenger hating Mourinho. Nasri, Sagna, Clichy and Adebayor weren't big deals in the past. RvP was.

It's a big like selling a player to Madrid vs PSG, most clubs would probably prefer PSG.

Genuine question for Gooners, who'd they rather sell to? Yes you sold us RVP but they've had Nasri, Adebayor, Sagna and Clichy who've all won titles there I believe.

I guess Jose is here now actually.

Makes me laugh when people treat them as an unreliable source. What evidence are they going from? They've been right on everything.
People get riled up pretty quick over transfer news. You can go from hero to zero with one tweet.
