Transfer Tweets - Summer 2017 | Keep it on topic

Lemar and Keita will be better for them than keeping Coutinho definitely, but since Keita is joining after one year then nothing really will change regarding them this current season as Lemar will replace Coutinho and that's for it.

Next season when Keita joins then we'll also be strengthening our squad even more, same as the other top teams (except Arsenal) so they won't have any advantage.

The only thing I'm gutted about is that we didn't get anyone from this Monaco team. We got Evra from their 2004 team but no one this time.

Very disappointed to seemingly get none of Fabinho, Lemar, Mbappe, Mendy, or Silva. One or two of those would have been ideal.

Let's be fair here. Our roster isn't that special. We're not one of Europes elite teams. There's definitely reason to be jealous of other teams in certain areas just like they'd be of us in others. Kieta, Salah, Lemar and that LB would constitute a brilliant window, and represent players that could also serve them for many years and improve in that time.
There is both a criminal underrating of some teams in this forum, and blatant overrating of others.

Usually of the same teams too by different sections. It's usually somewhere in the middle with those clubs.

Keita arriving next season? Doesn't bother me that much. Good player with a lot of potential, but he isn't going to win leagues for them by himself. Lemar isn't enough either.

I'd have liked to have seen us sign someone but I think Fabinho is the only one who fits Mourinho's criteria for a player. We signed Matic for midfield, and aren't looking at buying an RB.

It's clearly not a fake.

Yes it is. It's an edited version of this

All of the creases and folds match the Keita one

Lemar is going?

Cafe as always with self doubts.

Is this a deadline day or something?

So Leicester will replace Drinkwater with Krychowiak who's better and will be cheaper.
Kyrochwiak would be brilliant for Chelsea, not sure why they're going for Drinkwater other than perhaps quote requirements? Would be good for the way Leicester play too.

If Ox joins cfc does that mean Willian to United...surely they will not allow another player to join Utd!

Seems to have blown up all of a sudden

Costa to Everton?! Surely no chance. Surely someone better would be interested?

AOC would be a wingback signing and depth in midfield so wouldn't affect Willian. Chelsea were linked to Roberto for a period but he's not leaving Barcelona and AOC has the added bonus of being homegrown.

Did he really reject £180k/week from Arsenal or is that just BS? I can't see him earning anywhere close to that in Chelsea (or anywhere else), although I would completely understand of course if he chose to accept less money from Chelsea rather than staying at Arsenal.

They are talking about this on Talksport with Sam Matterface and Jason Cundy. The homegrown quota is the big thing. That is why they are being linked with the likes of Barkley as well.

Supposedly. This move is about ambition, which Arsenal have none.

Yeah, couldn't possibly be mocked up could it.
Since when does someone sign for a year's time and do those sort of shoots!

Seems this photo is a very good photoshop so my bad on that one. Clearly got a well respected journalist too. Although, he'll still be announced and he's in Liverpool apparently, so there will be pictures I'd imagine.
