I still think United need one more top class addition. I am really surprised we havent fulfilled Joses 4 players wish yet.

I'll not hold anything against Evans going to City. We didn't want him and he's under no obligation not to take what's probably a ridiculous wage across the other side of Manchester just because of that.

Think it's more a case of them being unable to have such a transfer on this year's books, so the loan allows them to defer the transfer fee until next year, with this year him only joining on loan. They may not even pay a loan fee, everything next year.
Unless Coutiniho is definitely off it's a weird move. How Klopp can justify not spending on the defence or on improving squad depth is beyond me.
