Transfer Tweets - Summer 2017 | Keep it on topic

Doesn't he have a 50m Euro release clause? Also, haven't Juve just signed Matuidi.
Juve want a marquee signing in midfield, as they've identified that as their weakest area in the squad. Kovacic is hardly a big name signing but he'll be great in their system.

Barca should go for Alexis Sanchez. Better than both Dembele and Coutinho. He'd fit in perfectly on their left.

I think they'd win the league with Sanchez. I think the same for us if we signed him.

We're certainly not signing him unfortunately, not at 70m+wages+signing bonuses for player and agent - we can't afford another big deal like that this transfer window.

I think they'll win the league even without him. :( With him, yeah pep would do incredibly well to fail to win the league with that attack. Sucks, but I think they'll get him. No way will Arsenal turn down all that money knowing he's going for free next summer.

£49k a week for arguably the best CB in the league does seem real low. I wonder if Lindelof is on even more than that for us now.

We should go for Alderweireld, the most under-rated defender in the league imo

⚠️ #ManchesterCity going to buy #Messi, #ManCity is ready to pay the 300 M clause € !

To be fair I'm not sure about the media or other fan forums but he's commonly mentioned as the best defender on Redcafe.

I'd rather Chelsea move for van Dijk, personally. He's not as good as Alderweireld and it'll prevent Liverpool from signing van Dijk, too.

Chelsea know they have zero chance of getting Alderweireld. IF the story is true then it's just Chelsea's silly attempt at mind games ahead of today's match.

He is, I don't see enough people claiming that though.. hence why hes under rated

He was in the PL team of the year in 15/16. Didn't make it last year, even though he should have - however, it's understandable that Cahill and Luiz made it before him as they won the league and were insanely good defensively for a long period of time.

I absolutely abhor the way Spurs pay their players a pittance compared to what they're worth and what they clearly value them at in terms of transfer fees, I hope it all comes back to bite them on their arses sooner rather than later.

Would be very interested in knowing where they find that kind of money.

That's minimum wage in the football world of 2017.

 I know we'd all love to be on £50k a week, but considering he could probably get into any team in the world that's criminal, I'm expecting spurs fans to jump on my back saying how savvy Levy is.
