I don't think any of the big clubs bar United and PSG have actually improved with their signings this season. Just odd.

I wouldnt. If you're a team on the decline and desperately need an influx of new blood, Di Maria's one of the last players you'd want to buy. Barca and Di Maria sound like a horrid combo at the minute.
