Transfer Tweets - Summer 2017 | Keep it on topic

We should be in to bring CR7 home at literally any price.

A bit strange considering how incredibly good he is but I don't want Ronaldo back. The team seems to have wonderful balance at the moment. Would rather get very mobile and skillfull full backs than a Cristiano who seems to want the world revolving around him.

Injury certainly didn't help Gradel and the likes of Stanislas and Fraser have been pretty good for Bournemouth and obviously made it hard to get in the team.

Lacking creativity is one thing but a half decent signing or a solid loan isn't going to replace the impact Sigurdsson has had on your club. He has probably the best delivery of a set piece in the league and he scores or makes goals at well over once every two games.

That sort of influence is incredibly difficult for any club to replace.

He also disappears completely for around 50% of the season, has limited mobility and no acceleration. Non-Swansea fans like him much more than Swansea fans on the whole. Mainly because they watch MOTD and look at his 'stats'. A couple of shrewd signings will improve our overall play far more than hanging onto him because he's good at set-pieces.

Very pleased with the sale, just wish it could have happened sooner. If we can squeeze £15m+ out of Chelsea for Llorente, too we can really strengthen before September.

Okay then, one of the seasons before that. Good fact-checking.
He's only been there two years. Maybe you're thinking of his time with Saint Etienne? Or he was at Bournemouth in 07/08 in League One

Nah. We lack creatively, that's obvious, but if we get one half-decent attacking midfielder, maybe a solid loan we'll be OK. Clement drills players to death defensively, so we don't concede many. Bony is coming back, too.

Swansea really do need to invest all of the Glyfi money or it will be a long hard slog this season.

Lost cork and glyfi, brittons legs a year older....the midfield is lacking big time. Abrahams is a risk, although looks quite sharp. Llorente has his injury worry's and replies on good crosses.

The rumour of Allen, Chadli, Bony would be great. Wingers like Routledge, Dyer, Montero have been there years now and need a bit of updating

Not getting linked to many players, reckon our business is done. Decent window this, bar LB and LW, our starting 11 looks solid

Inter signing two fullbacks this window. Spaletti going 3 at the back maybe?

Would laugh if Perisic ends up at LWB after the summer of arguments about whether he would be capable of playing there or not.

Skimmed throught the article from Castles. Basically saying we could go for Lemar as Perisic is unlikely to happen.

LemON? I'm all for it just to wind up the arsenal supporters. Although it's probably nonsense, as 60M Euros price tag would have just landed us Perisic, makes no sense.

Lemar is 21, Perisic is 28. All fees are not created equal.

Yeah, that's another one...
I didn't know Perisic signed for Monaco, while we were after him. I guess he did and we don't take no for an answer. We will buy him again. :D:lol::lol::lol:
Took a screen shot in case they change it, how can you upload pic... tinypic or imgur? something like that

To me that's bunch of nonsense.
I really doubt he knows who we're after. Just making up stuff on the go.
They all really have no fecking clue. This tweet followed another rehash by Ogden on the ESPN article from yesterday stating Jose is basically done.

Can he play on the right? No idea how good he is but if not, we've got too many LW's as it is.
