Can't wait for the meltdown every time he scores this season. Be even worse if he scores against us.
What do you mean "if" ?
It always bloody happens

"We saw 65, 90, 75 threw in"
So a 90 bid already happened, but a 80 bid will get the player? Blah blah blah.
Apologies if this has already been posted. An honest assessment of the transfer situation by our manager, edited:
Jose Mourinho admits he 'cannot say that I am happy' with Manchester United's transfer window so far.
"We always want more," he told ESPN. "We always feel there is room to improve, and I cannot say that I am happy with our transfer window.
"What I can also say is that it is a difficult transfer window and I don’t blame anyone - it is just a reality of things. The market is going in such a direction that many players are difficult to get, not to say impossible.
"Every club is powerful and they don’t want to sell or their demands are really high, so the market is difficult."
"What I will say is that, a long time ago, we thought about four players to strengthen our squad, but it is really hard to do it," he added to ESPN. "If we do the third and forget the fourth, I would be quite happy with that because I know it is difficult.
"At the moment we have Lukaku and Lindelof, two players I know well. I worked with one before and the other is from the Portuguese championship, which I follow every weekend.

So many things I don't understand
Why he wants to leave Everton
Why any bigger club would want him
It feels a lot like Moyes, but in player terms. I think he'll get found out quickly and then wish he hadn't left.
No idea.Even if we were stupid enough to do this where would he play or instead of who?

And at 23 he shouldn't be thinking he's bigger than Everton. He's done nothing so far. He's not even done enough to be considered a regular England international yet.The guy is 23 FFS and people are already writing him off.

If he forces the exit then he has an attitude problem as far as I'm concerned and won't make it.
a bit confused why our £75 million for Morata wasn't accepted and Chelseas is ???
The media pressure both on Morata and Lukaku will be immense next season, and whoever out of the 2 scores less will be trolled hard by the fans and the media.

Fair enough. But the fee is going to be £75 to £80 million, i dont see Chelsea paying 100 odd million for Morata. He's quoted at costing that much, it's not saying thats the price and how much he's going to cost. No where has it stated Real have agreed to a price and he's going to Chelsea. It's all basically the exact same stuff as when we were in for him, but with Chelsea's name.
Appreciate that from Mourinho. Not pointing fingers or anything.
dont think payments was a issue yet between the clubs, we couldn't even agree a fee with them at the time.Possibly they are willing to pay a large part of it upfront when we wasn't willing to do the same? They are in desperate need of a striker now so can't see Real not taking advantage of it.
?I reckon the fee if he goes to Chelsea will be reported as less than is true. It's in Real's interest to make it seem like they sold to Chelsea cheaper and Chelsea will also like to make out they got a better striker than Lukaku for less money.
Don't be surprised if a fee around 65-70 million euros is reported.
Not understanding your point here. What does that have to do with anything that has been discussed? Fact is we are now rooney and Zlatan down, so in your opinion are we now title contenders? If Lukaku was playing in place of Rooney last season, would've already been title contenders.
He wont be cheaper, and he is for sure not better than Lukaku.I reckon the fee if he goes to Chelsea will be reported as less than is true. We'll give you 500 million, plus bonuses!Whoever guesses our asking price wins! This guy is very very silly.
