Transfer Tweets - Summer 2017 | Keep it on topic

Everyone has their own opinion. I would say Pep is better than current Mou
You say post 2010 pep has been better than post 2010 version of jose. But yet the current jose has won many important trophies when compared to pep. People underrate Jose's work at real madrid, let us not forget it was Jose's madrid that pipped pep's greatest barca side to the la liga title. He came at chelsea and won the title and yes he had a horrendous third season but still you cannot just forget he won the title with chelsea. Yes pep also won 3 consecutive titles with Bayern but is it really that tough to do that. Then jose took over a broken manchester united while pep took over a not so broken team , yet jose managed to win trophies. So this whole theory jose is past it is becoming boring.
It's like one rule for jose and one for others aka pep and klopp

So pep is allowed spend million to revolutionise city but when jose did the same with chelsea back in 2004 and made them successful and created a strong base, people said he bought the league. Don't get this difference.

Both of our managers are cheque book managers. Whatever they did before the last season is irrelevant right now. If they don't deliver, questions have to be asked.

Starting what? I don't discuss, I only give my opinion, is it ok for you?

Really? So what, can I ask?

Not so clear for me that Barcelona 2009 had a better squad than United tbh.

Were my arguments all so bad, that nothing sounded reasonable to you? Sad.

Ah, now you counter argument, why can't I do the same?

Is that your best argument or don't you understand when you are on a forum, as such you don't insult personally no 1, you are free to say what you think. They used to call it Democracy
You brought SAF into discussion, then Mourinho & bunch other coaches. As I see other people mostly kept on topic about Pep's ambition & Cruyff which coming from that tweet.

My last point in my previous post was meant to be tongue on the cheek. Remember your own last point in your previous post? I were testing the seriousness of your water. (I feel like you're more serious than you pretended). I expected you saw my point with my last post, but seems like you didn't. There was no insult, but clearly attacking the points you made/ pretended.

So my point from last post is: You said you're tired & sick of those common debates & you want "out", AFTER throwing a bomb of opinion to start a discussion in this thread (how irony!). You said you're out, yet here we are again.

Apologize to mods & everybody else for wasting space in this thread meant for something else: tweets. This discussion is over from my part.

PS: I am off this discussion here on this thread & I will do as I say.

Nobody said that, actually it is United fans who say that about Guardiola tbh.

One season out of the CL and instead of being willing to help the club fight to get back in, instead he wants to run away.
Maybe his head already turned before league was over and I know he bucked up the last few weeks but he had over a month were you could see he was not liking it at arsenal.

We have a chance here but he needs to say to wenger its us he is going to. Or whoever to be fair, he may choose somewhere else. Because of wages its us and city but i dont see him fitting in at city unless they sell Aguero. In that case I wouldn't mind Aguero here.

If you think nobody has ever alluded to jose as a cheque book manager and chelsea buying the league , then I think you have been living on a rock.

Don't people understand the principle of squad depth? He would certainly give us options and improve what we have. He's better than Mata and would add pace.
On my part it was only a question, don't look to me as a outsider the most important aspect in the squad, but doesn't matter, it is Mourinho who knows what he wants, we are on a forum, so we just speculate.

Sorry mate, I was only exchanging opinions, no intention to say anything bad, don't take this so seriously, say something cool

He wouldn't add pace at all. The idea of squad depth isn't to add more of the same but to add different options.

Yes, only a question, because untill now I dunno if he is going to stick with that system, or switch to a 4/3/3.
Oh my bad didnt realize you were asking a question to me. Erm Im guessing we play a 4-3-3 with 3 proper central midfielders against top sides and 4-2-3-1 against weaker opposition. Mata is more highly to start the latter option given who we sign this window.

Of course I know that, you just need to check Liverpool fans on their forums or in newspapers websites comments.

Funnily enough, United fans did the same to him when he was at Chelsea, how times change so fast

Created it's own thread :)

Would like to see him returning to a 4/4/2 diamond when he was at Porto, and sometimes used it at Chelsea too, in the first time he was there, on matches against Arsenal.

Rashford and Lukaku partnership  the problem would be where to fit Pogba, even Martial would benefit imo.

This is such a pathetic excuse and false claim of ambition.

Juve were relegated. A player of Buffon's status stayed and within a few short years has seen two cup finals.
If he was at anywhere other than Arsenal I'd agree with you completely. But Arsenal have become so stale as a club they couldn't do in 10 years what Juve did in that time. They haven't moved forward in a decade, are showing few signs of doing so, and their rivals are stronger than ever.

What? Wasn't Conte or Juve after him?
We were but then we signed Costa and now we cannot buy any non-EU player.

So if there still any rumors linking him to us well they are complete bullshits

If Baldie can get their CB and DM situation sorted they will be the best squad on paper in the PL by quite the distance.

Damn they signed him as well? Two full backs in three days. Not bad.
The only information we have is the date and geotag. He is probably replying to some rumours that he is in Manchester/is signing for City right at this moment etc. (are there any?)
