Agreed, I don't want a similar saga this summer like Pogba was last. For me it's so important to get all your business done before you go on tour so it gives the new players plenty of time to bed in to the squad and get fit and ready with the rest of the lads. It really isn't ideal signing people a week or two before the first game of the season, Pogba having already played at the club was a bonus as it meant he didn't have to settle down and all that.
Would like lindelof to come although I've not seen allot of him he looks imposing and heard good things.

Keep reading this sort of stuff, within the next two weeks every player will be on their holidays.. a lot are on international duty at the moment. Jose is on his holidays, you'd imagine Ed will have a summer holiday lined up. I don't see us signing anyone in the next two weeks certainly but I think that also goes for every other big club, it doesn't seem fashionable to do your business early these days.
Our side has deficiencies but it is not as bad as it is made out. What we had last season was too many, especially forwards, who under performed. What we have to hope is that they pick up their game.

It's ok to have an opinion, but I recall the concern for Martial back then and how LVG was stifling our attackers. There was a lot of worry that the same would happen and you could see it slowly happening to him late on in the LVG reign where he'd stop taking people on as much and pass back instead or just slow down and lose the ball. He's started taking people on again to an extent but never with the same level of confidence as before.
