Ramos - where was our naivety????????????
AdM - are you deluded - read his thread if it still exists
Pedro - why because the papers said so?
DDG - why should we be getting a RM superstar as part of the deal ? We want him to stay or RM pay the money - that simple, and if you believe the papers RM haven't even made a bid yet

None of this is worth arguing about. Denying reality doesn't change it. You seem to have your own version of the world, Paul, and I think it's best if I leave you to inhabit it.

Even if Navas doesn't want to be here, I doubt he'd be unprofessional. Would he?
Even if it's for a year, it'd be a stop gap. Best we can do in this situation I think.

Even if we aren't Navas' preferred destination, I'd take it in a heartbeat. Going through the season with Romero and Johnstone scares the shit out of me.

how do you know navas doesnt want to come?
If thats true then we should stay the feck away from him.

It's been reported by almost every Spanish source today, so there's a good chance it's true. They all said Navas needed ''convincing'' to leave as he thought he's made a connection with the Madrid supporters etc.

I don't want any more Madrid players that are forced out by Perez, but it looks lie it's happening. It'd be better than seeing De Gea on the stands every game though. I actually think keeping De Gea for a season before allowing him to leave on a free would've been the wrong decision.

So about £30m AND Keylor Navas (who's worth about £15m himself). That will be a very good deal. Somehow though, I feel that Keylor's cost will be included in the figure Mathieson is mentioning, and to be honest, that wouldn't be too bad either.

Luckhurst's latest tweet makes it sound like £30m plus Navas. Decent enough I agree.
