The fact that Ramos had an obvious motive for playing us doesn't make our naivety more acceptable; as I recall, I was almost the only poster who wanted ADM gone; there's every reason to believe we were in for Pedro; and we don't appear to be getting any of Madrid's superstars as part of the De Gea deal.

We all know that the transfer market is difficult, but getting everything embarrassingly and publicly wrong is poor.

That was the first thing that came to mind, but BVB doesnt seem like it is the kind of club that will sell its star man on the final day of the window; however £80m and Januzaj might change that stance.

Neither of those things had anything to do with settling in, thats just because he's an average keeper. Ok a better wya to illustrate how much easier it is for keepers, you don't need to rotate your back up options. A keeper might go for most of the season with no games and then be thrown in at the end of the season and do a good job. You don't need the match fitness or awareness of tactics that would make that problematic for an outfield player being thrown in after a season of no football.
 
Seriously time to shorten the transfer window. Half the deals are done in the last few days anyway. Wonder what we have been up to for the past month.

Ramos - where was our naivety????????????
AdM - are you deluded - read his thread if it still exists
Pedro - why because the papers said so?
DDG - why should we be getting a RM superstar as part of the deal ? We want him to stay or RM pay the money - that simple, and if you believe the papers RM haven't even made a bid yet
 
It'll be incredibly disappointing if we don't sign another winger along with Martial and probably Keylor Navas. Hopefully something happens tomorrow if we assume today it's all about Martial and De Gea/Navas.

Kagawa has been very good for Dortmund so far this season and is slowly returning to his form from his first Dortmund spell. Tuchel's got them absolutely fired up and seems to know how to get the best out of his players.
