Mancini said that they regret the sale but they must respect Financial Fair Play  , are they forced to reduce its debt or something like this?

Yes, they've bought a couple of players and have to ship off some to balance the books again. They don't have a very high income.

I actually feel sorry for The Mirror at this point. De Donut wasn't funny the first time, and it's depressing that they're still beating that horse.
It's like when someone makes a crap joke in a match thread and when nobody laughs they post it again, assuming it's because nobody saw it.

No, it's just not funny.

To be fair, both those clubs have better income streams. Inter have been out of the top 3 in Serie A for a while now and Serie A is struggling financially generally.
I refuse to believe that PSG and City with their wage bills pull in enough dosh to spend on the likes of Di Maria, Sterling, Otamendi and possibly De Bruyne after their rampant spending in previous seasons.

To be fair, City have robbed Valencia of preposterous money for Negredo this season, so they have made a decent return too.

Why couldn't Madrid offer United the extra 12m on top of their bid and get him now?
Makes no sense

I see most saying how Mangala went to City for 32 mil. but isnt that just amount Porto received for him and 10 extra mil went to 3rd party ownership,so from City pov was more like 42 mil £?

Probably an ex Mirror employee filtered "DE GEA" to "DE DONUT" back in 2011 but then forgot to tell the new guy how to change it back.
