AS Monaco are interested in signing Everton winger Kevin Mirallas, according to Het Laatste Nieuws.

Not really. He hasn't failed to get games because he has been poor like Cuadrado, it's just because Azpilicueta has been so solid and reliable.

And as a result one of the worst buys of the season. If a £20 million signing doesn't get a game then it isn't a very well thought out purchase. Nobody is suggesting he is a bad player.

MEN: Jurgen Klopp has ALREADY spoken about one day managing United.

At least that's what his ''former colleague'' Eckhard Krautzun says:

"And since we spoke about United. He once told me, that one day, when it does not fit with Dortmund any more, Manchester United would be his club.''

Klopp to succeed van Gaal when he retires? Maybe that's why he's taking a break. Everything is planned!

Just wait a year and the job will be yours Mr. Klopp.

As expected, confirmation that manager Jorge Jesus has left Benfica and joined their fierce rivals Sporting Lisbon.

Welcome home George Jesus.

@Sly tell me if me and the family should he happy or not?

If LvG brings us success then there's no reason why we wouldn't want him to extend. Klopp will have to wait.

Van Gaal seems like someone who will go out on a high, and in 2 seasons time if he's achieved his target of winning the league then I think there's a good chance he will retire from the job

Orchestrating Cristiano and DDG to leave at their peak while getting us to overpay for Bebe, Falcao and di Maria. Any "amends" are going to take a bit more than Laporte at his release clause

This is a point I made in another thread, and someone keeps trying to tell me he helps us, super agent and stuff like that. Honestly, we need to review our whole operation with this man. Returning that 7m we wasted on Bebe would be a good start

Fully agree. Raiola hasn't fecked us over nearly as much yet he's hated by everyone

What questions Samuel? He's a young player basque, he has at least three seasons in him with Athletic club and if anything they raised his price now with this..
I'd love him here, but it might, as you say do him good staying at Bilbao and learning his trade a bit more.

His departure is inevitable, we must be lining up replacements; all this playing hardball is very nice for our pride -- "we won't be dictated to by the big bad Real Madrid -- but it leaves us in a mire if Arsenal sign Cech or Spurs tie Lloris down to a new deal.

I'm sure Woody is working on 20 deals simultaneously, though.

Mirror: Liverpool target Trippier after failing with their bid for Clyne. (but according to the Times)

That's why we should sign Cech regardless and continue to play hardball.

That's why we signed Valdes. We could comfortably go into the new season with Valdes and lindegaard if Madrid cough up on deadline day. If not we keep de gea for another season/til January.

If de Gea wants to go to RM, the club will let him. LvG doesn't want unhappy players so he will let him go, I'm all for getting a good fee for a keeper with his quality though.
