Was more of a general remark from LvG I think. Not that he wants one of that calibre this summer. Also interesting comments regarding Young. He's full aware of Young's limitations.
To me it sounds like he wants players he can't have. Convincing clubs to sell players like that is pretty much impossible - pressure has to come from the player. Usually these players already play for the ultimate elite clubs so convincing them to leave is pretty tough. Can't see us doing it this summer to be honest, i would like Bale personally! Muller is too unlikely for me being a star player in his own country although he is abit of a flirt and we have his best mate after all 
Players like that are rarely ever "available", if you want elite players, then you have to simply give it a go and try your luck.
