It did seem that Ramos had that fake smile that he had to do for the cameras on him

I'd much rather have De Gea and Otamendi over Lloris and Ramos if that was the option, but we will see

To be fair, he looked right at the first guy he was shaking hands with just just fine. He turned his head entirely when shaking Perez' hand, and then when Perez small-talked him, Ramos acted as if he wasn't even there.

This looked very awkward. Ramos certainly didn't want to look Perez in the eye. This may be happening!

Zlatan jumps the gun on Di Maria: "Welcome to him, he will bring his qualities, he is a good player. With him, the team will be better."

I could actually believe that. He's leaving Bayern at the end of season and City haven't replaced Pellegrini which was strange after last season as he looked like dead man walking. They must be waiting for someone to be available and that someone could easily be Pep.

United would be missing a trick if they don't offer him whatever he wanted. Him and Jose in their own ways are as close to guarantee of success as you'll get.

just out of my curiosity, do you ever want mourinho to coach barca? let me bet, i think you do....

I doubt i'll ever answer that with a resounding yes, but in 6-7 years i wouldn't be totally against the idea. He would have to change his ways though if he was to ever manage Barcelona. His way of playing football and his trust in youth or lack thereof would need to change.

Wasn't that the source that claimed a couple of month ago that Pep would join City this summer?

so giggs will become our next manager then & i have no problem with that
It would be the worst thing we could do imo, it will set us back years. 4-4-2 and 'blood and guts' football.
No thankyou, football has moved on.

I never want to see Giggs leave this club (I'd have him sitting on the bench forever), but if he has the dream of managing like he says he does, he probably will have to actually go and try his luck outside of Old Trafford. Its not like he'd not have offers.

I remember back in the early 2000s when everyone had the dream that Roy Keane was going to succeed Fergie. Might have if their relationship remained as strong as it was around 2002.

Pep going to City automatically means Giggs will be our manager after LVG? strange.. also isnt a bit strange a manager accepts a deal while he is a manager of another club?

to those whose digging on giggs:

during his playing career i thought giggs would have finished after his 26 or 27 years of age. prior to that he relied a lot on his pace to play his game. but he changed almost completely to a different player by and after his late twenties that he changed his game much by using ball which made him one of our best performers in creativity in the front line

then i know there was more composure of giggs that he had not shown out during his earlier career and i would not underestimate him anymore.

giggs was coached by fergie for almost two decades, and he has been now under influenced by lvg. CAFERS, DO YOU KNOW WHAT DOES IT MEAN?
