Really? I deal with legal documents in PDF format at least once a week.

I think its to do with how it would stand up in court if a deal was challenged. There are mechanisms in place with faxes that confirm receipt of the fax by the correct organisation, so people can't just say that email didn't get to me. they are also more secure and the contents of the message can't be altered by third parties.

pretty sure there are a number of legal documents in different industries which you aren't allowed to send by email.

They also time stamp the messages and it's difficult to forge that - comes in handy for deadline days.

It depends how you look at it. I think Pedro would be one of our better winger/forwards who could contribute a number of assists and goals next season. From that perspective, it wouldn't be OTT. We'd have a strong squad and a very interchangeable one

Not entirely, I don't think we're signing a striker and would therefore maximise the scoring potential from wide forwards, wingers etc. by signing Pedro.

Pedro is not a striker and he would be competing with Depay, Di Maria, Young, Januzaj, Mata for 2 roles unless rooney gets injured or one of them is shifted central where we also have Herrera and Fellaini at least.

It would easily be OTT and it's not like he is much of a improvement if at all than our other options anyway.

Young, adnan don't offer the potential for goals Pedro does. Di Maria hopefully but even he's not certain.

We will need goals from the wide forwards if we are to succeed next season. Pedro offers that more so than whom he'd be competing with, aside from Mata and maybe Memphis.

Mata and memphis can then start then and we have more than enough backup.

Or else we'd have to sell others who would be on the bench anyway.

And nothing is certain. Pedro isn't either. We have more than enough quality options there. Yeah, few maybe not certain but we cannot keep going round in circles looking for absolute certainty. There exists nothing like that unless you are buying absolute elite quality which comes close and which Pedro isn't.

I'm all for Mata & Memphis starting. Being supplied by Herrera, of course.

So we'll talk about Pedro with Barca tomorrow and about Di Maria with PSG when we play them. How convenient. US tour and transfer negotiations combined in one!

Yes thats the way it has to be done of course. If only there was a device that let two individuals communicate in real time over great distances.

Until such a device is invented we will have to arrange friendlies with all teams we want to negotiate transfers with so we are in the same place and can meet face to face.

Chill your pants:

PEREZ 'AGREES TO RAMOS SALE'

Real Madrid president Florentino Perez has finally given in to Sergio Ramos’ demands of joining Manchester United, according to reports in Spain.

Radio Marca journalist Pablo Garcia Cuervo, quoted bytodomercadoweb.es, claims Perez wanted Iker Casillas – who joined Porto earlier this month - out of the club and is now ready to let Ramos follow suit.

Garcia goes on to suggest the deal might drag on as Perez wants to portray Ramos in a negative light – staining his perception among Real fans because of their disagreement over a new contract.

“Sergio has made his mind up," Garcia said. "Florentino also wants Sergio to leave.

“If Florentino Perez wanted to keep Casillas, he hid it very well. The same is happening with Ramos.”

What's this then?
Can't access on my phone.

Heres the article they've posted on the Transfer Centre:

anyone mention that SKY tweet is just a rehash from the radio marca guy. cuz if they havent, well its just a Rehash guys/gals

I'd happily pay that..

PSG had reportedly bid €38m for him

You's reckon he's that good i.e. worth that kind of money - £35m / €38m?

I've only seen a few youtubes of him (so i dont really have a clue tbh) & he looked pretty good, but it's the standard of Ligue 1 that kinda troubles me.

In sayin that, Drogba wasnt a player i thought would have made the impact he did, but Ligue 1 seemed to be alot more competitive back then, than it is now though..

On a side-note - he looks like a cool dude & every team needs cool dudes :D

So slow these days I'll take anything. If only there were window cleaners with extremely good eyesight in Madrid as well..

Surely we must have United supporters at GCHQ eh?

Bout time they put a proper shift in & helped us all out with tapping & world-class surveillance!

Cheers for the heads-up man :D

Sky is a good source right?I think that the original information comes from a journalist but is nothing in Marca or As.Madrid is travelling now to China so in a few hours Florentino will talk to Sergio.Probably Cope/Al primer toque/Ser will say something tonight.About Otamendi, one self-proclaimed football transfer expert,Mattiacci, wrote that Otamendi said to his team mates and club that he will stay since nobody wants to play the clause.I don't even add the tweet since I think that is rubbish(although he is followed by el partido de las doce I think),besides he wrote a couple of days ago that the surprise striker that Van Gaal wants is Lewandowski
