What a knobend he was... shouldn't really be talking to anyone like that never mind a mod. No need to be a cnut!
People were genuinely trying with him too :wenger: I know everyone gets a little tense during this time of year but there is no need to be nasty to anyone!

The French media have had an absoulte mare this summer. After all this they'll sign Charlie Austin and blame UEFA for holding the back

There is no nightmare, the translations are bad and most of the time add things that haven't been said by the French media.

:(

Sad to see Dzeko go but the writing was on the wall from the end of last season when he never left the bench after Bony was signed. If he and Jovetic leave then we surely have to sign another striker but we've not been linked with anyone. I don't think we'd go for a big name given we already spent £30m on Bony in January and we have Aguero for the foreseeable future.

So they have €125 to chuck at Ronnie but won't match our asking price for Angel?
It's Ronaldo. Angel just had a shite season, so you can understand their concern. Also £10-20m or so might be the difference between getting all the players they want and not breaching FFP again!

Has been one of your best players in the Shiek era, I know I'll be relieved to see him go used to hate seeing him come on as a sub as I'd know more often than not the sod would score:p

I suppose so by the sound of it though it seems like PSG are just posturing.

Yeah he did have a good record against United for both Wolfsburg and City. He's had a great few years at City considering he's never been our first choice striker.

City should have kept him instead of buying Bony.
I hope Roma will somehow meet the asking price.

If City are happy to sell and Roma want him then it seems only a matter of time before an agreement is reached.

Dzeko and Bony is a tough one, Dzeko is more experienced and proven at a top club but Bony is three years younger, stronger, better in the air and probably better suited towards playing alongside Aguero. Dzeko and Aguero never seemed to work that well, but independently I do rate Dzeko as a better striker. I agree though, I'm happy with Bony's signing but spending £30m seemed odd when we already had Dzeko. That £30m should have gone towards a striker clearly better than Dzeko.

I hope so, Roma bought just one player, Falque and needs a proper striker, not to depend on Doumbia and likes. They need a LB too. Nothing much is happening in tw for Roma right now.
Sorry Džeko didnt succeed in City, he was always a sub which is a shame.

The last few pages have been a pain thanks to that wum ! Glad he got banned, just read through 5 pages of his stupid posts :(

I am genuinely puzzled how he made it up here from the newbies with that attitude.
Seriously. One would think that the mods haven't been monitoring the newbies proper like.

Honestly don't know why he couldn't oblige them and behave. Not much to ask, TBF. That is why the rest of the transfer forum exists.

Anyways, onto to tweets & the like. PSG does seem to be in a bit of bother, getting the media to push out this story of our Ronaldo. Combined with the tweet last night about PSG & United breaking off talks, one would think the Ronaldo story was to save face & show that they still are back by big bucks. Granted, they really can't spend it without selling anyway, so what's the use. Of course, Ibra & now Digne are being mooted for some possible moves, so maybe they'll actually get something done.

Realistically how much could PSG sell Ibra for bearing in mind his age and wages? and who would buy him maybe AC Milan?
