Schneiderlin, Gundogan and Herrera, what a midfield that would be! Creative, aggressive, hard working, teams wouldn't get a second on the ball when they had it and would struggle getting it back!

Schneiderlin
Gündogan-Herrera
That could potentially shit all over Chelsea's midfield. Make it happen:drool:

Manchester City have made an offer for Man United target & youngster Dayot Upamecano, according to France Football.

Manchester City make concrete salary offer for Dayot Upamecano, Manchester United talks continue, Arsenal lurking.

If the kid has any sense he'll look at the respective clubs and their record when it comes to giving young players a break. If he does that then there is only one winner.

Schneirderlin Gundogan Herrera Carrick Fellaini Blind

My god we'd be fine even with injuries. That's a hell of a midfield and about time!

Would Koeman sell to us? I think it's 90% Schneiderlin will leave this summer, he had a great season, now the question is to whom.. he said he wants to play champions league football. Chelsea don't need him, Shitty are stacked with defensive midfielders but they could emerge all of a sudden and Arsenal are still favourites for me as they need one player of this mould to compete for the title next year but ressurection and revalation of Coquelin may make him close his eyes again on defensive minded midfielder, OX and Wilshere are not the most defensive minded players but they would struggle to get games if they signed Schneiderlin but maybe I'm wrong..

well at least we've got these rumours finally in press, hope there's something in it

That would confirm what Woodward said about competing on all four fronts. Makes decent amount of sense if his intentions are true.

They sold Shaw to us. I don't see that as an issue. In some ways Southampton's success this season after the exodus last summer might mean they're willing to let him go for the right price. Their business model is to promote or buy for value then sell for a large sum, which has worked brilliantly for them in recent times.

I think Schneiderlin will leave them this summer, most likely for us or Arsenal. You raise an interesting point there though. Arsenal currently have Wilshire sat on their bench (even with Chamberlain out injured) and Wenger is clearly pleased with the emergence of Coquelin and Cazorla doing a fine job in the centre. Would another midfielder cause too many complications there? Not sure, I think there is scope for them needing a defensive midfielder myself, but the guaranteed game time is perhaps most on offer from ourselves, assuming we are in for him.

I'd be pretty confident about a title challenge and an assault on Europe next season with that MF.

That's the best thing the French have ever done.

First Sherwood then this, one is tempted to feel sorry for then and then you remember the delusions, Slippy G, five times la...... Long may it continue.
Everytime I feel the dimmest of sympathies brewing I quickly turn on that "We're gunna win the league" video that they serenaded the team bus with.

Can't see us signing two players from Southampton. Didn't work for last team who signed two or more from them.

Schneiderlin will do.

For me it's those pathetic T-shirts when they were attempting to turn Suarez into a martyr.
